Location

This hotel is centrally located in the tourist resort of Puerto de Alcudia. Located in the surrounding area are shopping areas with shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants. It is around 200 m to the nearest beach.

Facility

340 rooms, including 89 apartments, 12 single rooms and 188 double rooms, are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. Guests can buy souvenirs at the gift shop. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and a comprehensive dinner buffet offer plenty of delicious variety. Gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras, including snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Amazing Hotel in every aspect

    Amazing hotel. Amazing staff and Manager. Hotel is suitable for families, young or old couples, and solo travellers. The Hotel caters for everyone's needs. Spotlessly clean throughout. Staff, whether reception, bar, dining, maids, all have a friendly smile and a genuine desire to please. Ive travelled to this hotel with friends and several times alone. I request a room with late afternoon sun and a view of the stage for the evening entertainment when alone and although I know it cannot be guaranteed, the hotel Manager always does her best to accommodate me. So kind 😇I feel totally safe staying at this hotel, with its relaxed atmosphere. 3 amazing pool areas to suit everyone. A shuttle from the hotel to the beach and little town every 30 mins. You can catch a bus for a few euros here into Alcudia. If you just want to go breakfast only, you can purchase evening dinner at reception. Full buffet with a different cuisine each evening. Italian, Chinese, etc. After 5 visits and just about to book my 6th I genuinely have nothing to say other than positives about this amazing hotel.     Overall the hotel was nice, most of the staff were brilliant, rooms were decent but had to move due to a squeaky bed, the maintenance man opened our door at 5:30 am in the morning due to admin error which we were compensated for. The food was just ok nothing special, Cocktails are not served until 7:30 pm and all inclusive for me is not worth it as you get treated better paying for your drink thats when its made properly with all the ingredients and presentation, the same for food you see the difference when you pay instead of an all inclusive minimal effort. We had to go the adults only pool area which was great btw to get proper Cocktails but at half price . The hotel activities and entertainment was good to be fair and beach which is a 10 minutes walk was beautiful. I'd never go back because of how all inclusives are dealt with and no Cocktails until 7:30pm naaah.     The hotel is very nice, very clean Atmosphere was excellent, the staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, nice size balcony. Value for money, the food is good plenty of choice. There is a bus service that takes you down to the beach, don't run on Saturday's, it a nice walk down about 10 mins. If you have no kids it does have an Adults only pool No inflatables or ball allowed but 2 other pools as well.The entertainment is brilliant, great manager Fabion lovely man.
