  To avoid, I recommend paying a little more for a hostel in Palma than this one

  The worst Hostel of my life.The first evening my plane was delayed and I arrived around 11pm, the staff refused to open me I had to sleep outside!The next day I come back to this hostel, very unpleasant staff, the air conditioning of our room was out of order, it was 42°C in the room!!!I thought I was gonna die of heat, I had to sleep in the rental car!I asked the next day for a refund of 2 nights, the owner said yes provided I help him repair the air conditioning (lol)After helping him, he said, "No, no refund."Hostel away from everything, impossible to park, horrible atmosphere, I advise against anyone to set foot there one day.   Never recommend someone this hostel

  I was traveling with 3 other friends. We booked a room for 4 persons in Hostel Embat, but when we got there, he simply said that there wasn't any booking for us, but we had a confirmation e-mail saying in spanish: "¡Tu reserva fue exitosa!". But the responsable just said: this is only a proposal, we don't have a room!. In the the end he offered another room, separated saying in a bad english: "Like? No like out!" Just like, it is what I have, get or go away!

  Disorganised booking and terrible reception!

  Me and 3 other friends booked one night to be hosted at Embat Hostel directly in their website. After that, we received an e-mail with the confirmation number of the booking and saying that the booking was confirmed. We arrived in the hostel at midnight approximately and we had a terrible reception! The guy received us saying directly that we didnt have a reservation. We showed him the email from the hostel and he said that it was not a confirmation. He was always treating us very bad and after a discussion without assume that the hostel was wrong, he offered us a room at his mother's house paying the same price as we booked for a private room to 4 people. Even with this offer and with a bad english he was always treating us with contempt and saying that we should accpept the room or go out of the hostel. We decided to accpet the offer cause we were very tired to look for another place. Finally at least the accomodation was good and clean, biut with all this problems with the disorganized booking and terrrible staff, I would never recommend someone this hostel!

  Amazing hostel

  I have spent 5 days there. Hostel is located right in the center of the little city , near the central square , markets , bar, swimming pool and playground. I was in a 4 person room . The room was clean , with their lockers for each bed and a window facing the quiet street . the bathroom is very clean . I have eat the tambot home made from them , a typical dish , and it was delicious. the staff is very friendly and helpful , helped me with everything. I feel like home!
