  Amazing staff & beautiful complex.

  We always stay at Nazaret complex. Had requested a ground floor room as partner had a hip replacement recently. Unfortunately we were given a room on the top floor & had to wait 2 days to move to a ground floor 1 bed apartment which was annoying. Also painful for him to climb the stairs. However, as usual the rest of the stay was problem free. Lovely grounds & flowers in both Nazaret & Mansion Nazaret & use of all the pools, the top one being heated. Very spacious apartments with everything you need in kitchen. Also iron/ironing board & hair dryers provided. The beds are really comfy. All the staff are really lovely. Apartment cleaned 8 days out of our 11 day stay. We are returning again on 16th June & have asked with reception for a ground floor apartment again.I will also email before arrival. Just hope they read the note's & make this happen, as it does make it inconvenient if you don't unpack as you have to move. Rooms 2202 & 2201 are most suitable for us, as we don't like a shared balcony & partner would not be able to deal with higher floors or the rooms with an upstairs bedroom. All in all this complex suits us.   Fantastic. Apartment spotless, towels changed every other day. There was everything we needed. Pool bar was great. Joseph, believe he is a recent addition, made us very welcome. Near to all amenities. All staff friendly, welcoming and work very hard. Look forward to returning in October.   We stayed here for 3 weeks over Xmas / new year,it’s great that it’s so central ,the staff were lovely.   Disappointing in apartment and view.

  We read all the reviews before we booked but we were really disappointed. It was my friends 70th birthday so we upgraded the room but requested a room with a nice view so we ended up with a view of nothing but rubble we had room on 2nd floor if you have any mobility problems then you need to have a ground floor apartment. Our room had a wood staircase (very dangerous coming down health and safety must not have been involved. Food was not good, not enough options and everything was cold. If you have young children there is nothing edible for them to have other than cold skinny fries, canary potatoes were decent but other choices were poor. Breakfast good so would advise bed and breakfast only there is plenty lovely restaurants nearby. Staff were all friendly. Pool area was nice and good location easy reach of The Four Seasons Rock Cafe where we spent most nights with great entertainment.   We had a very short stay here, bed and breakfast. 2 room apartment. Bathroom, kitchen area dated but all in working order, always lots of hot water.Breakfast was usual suspects, hot food was hot and frequently replenished. Outside seats were still wet from overnight condensation but able to move them around….There was a bar at pool, only open 12-5 so wasn’t busy. We did get a plate of chips for kids one lunch time, nice chips! Cold beer, fruit smoothies and ice creams.Really good location for beach, bus stop and mix of restaurants. Apartment had BBC so were able to watch Winter Olympics. Nice patio for lunch, couple of Spars close by.
