  We went just for drinks, sitting out on the balcony overlooking the valley. Delicious thick hot chocolate with a local specialty pastry, and service was friendly and helpful. Great way to relax after exploring the town!

  This is the hotel you’ve dreamed of, but didn’t know existed.Its setting in beautiful Valldemossa is sublime.Breakfast (which is deliciously nourishing) is served on the balcony which overlooks the stunning valley.The hotel is clearly a labour of love; it’s styled in such a tasteful way, and creates a feeling of calm and relaxation throughout every area. It’s the perfect (but usually unattainable) blend of style and substance.The beds are gloriously comfortable, the TV is large, the shower is strong, the towels are ginormous! The staff were a delight, and seemed genuinely happy in their roles. The owners should be very proud of what they’ve created. It was hard for us to leave, but it will linger fondly in our memories for a long time.

  Lovely 4 night stay in room with stunning views across valley. Young local owners Nadal & his sister were charming hosts ask them about local eateries - we especially liked the tapas place in a repurposed Michelin garage. Breakfasts including cooked eggs & pastries on the beautiful terrace were a highlight. Valldemosa's charming ancient lanes are mobbed by tourists during daytime but evenings are quiet & the best time to explore.We hope to be back again.

  We had drinks on the patio overlooking the stunning Valldemosa valley, and could even see Palma in the distance. Service was exceptional. No food/tapas though.
