Location

This hotel is located in centre and tourist area of Portal Nous. Links to the public transport network are to be found directly by the hotel. The beach is located just 200 m away, whilst restaurants, shops and bars are only about 1 km away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 11 single rooms and 83 double rooms located in two 4-storey buildings with lifts. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk makes check-in and check-out easy. Services and facilities include a safe, a currency exchange service, a TV room, a laundry service and a conference room. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

A variety of refreshing drinks await guests at the pool bar. Those who wish to stay active while on holiday can enjoy on-site golf. For a fee, cycling/mountain biking is also available. Water sports available at the hotel include paddle boating, sailing, catamaraning, snorkelling and diving. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, billiards and aerobics. Activity coordinators organise an entertainment programme for adults and children.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a dining room, a café and a bar. Catering options include half board, full board and all-inclusive. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and a comprehensive dinner buffet offer plenty of delicious variety. Special meals, including vegetarian dishes, are also available. The hotel also offers snacks.     The hotel was so lovely! We had a great time and it was super close to the city centre of a Citudella. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Olivia who provided us with amazing beach and restaurant recommendations.     Lovely Hotel & Staff - Very Peaceful

    Just back after a week staying here in one of the one bedroom suites. Very clean place -you always see people cleaning, gardening etc. The gardens and pools are lovely and well cared for. The staff are lovely and very very helpful. The majority of guests were either Spanish, French, German or Italian. Not many brits. This showed in the food available in the restaurant. It was very targeted towards a Mediterranean diet. A couple of things to highlight - the pools were FREEZING. I appreciate it was early October but even if they were heated slightly. They were just too cold and unfortunately because of that I didnt actually swim - just braved it up to my waist. Even my son who loves water said they were too cold. A few other people commented on that too when we were there.When we were dropped off at the reception on arrival with the other guests, we waited in a queue to check in, only for then to be told that the reception for the suites was further up the road. The main reception was just for the hotel rooms. Would be good if that was highlighted before arrival. However, even with these comments, the hotel was lovely, beautiful views from the cliff tops and very quiet. Would definitely recommend a visit.
