Location

This friendly hotel is situated in a wonderful pine wood, on a hillside on the outskirts of Paguera. Only a stone's throw away is a fine-sand beach. The centre of town offers plenty of shopping and entertainment venues and is only 500 metres away.

Facility

The resort welcomes guests in a 2-storey building with a lift and 425 non-smoking rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Other services include a childcare service, a car hire service, a transfer service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service (for a fee) gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently. A business centre with fax machine and photocopier is available.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A minibar and a desk or, for an additional fee, a safe are also available. A telephone, a TV and WiFi provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A hairdryer and a vanity mirror are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

The outdoor area features 3 pools. Sun loungers and parasols on the sun terrace create a perfect space for guests to relax and unwind. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. The resort offers a range of outdoor sport, including beach volleyball and archery or, for a fee, tennis, crazy golf, golf, paddle tennis and horse riding. The resort offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, yoga, callisthenics, aerobics and pilates or, for a fee, billiards. Guests can relax and unwind in the wellness area (massage treatments). Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy an entertainment programme.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. Delicious specialities await guests in 3 non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurants. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available. Diet meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Altogether a great experience, hotel is well presented staff are helpful and facilities are good.we stayed at the magnus side which I would recommend if you want a calmer environment,always managed to get sunbeds and the pool bar is great with good selection of soft drinks and alcohol. Food was 10/10 breakfast lunch and dinner cant fault it.if you stay on magnus side it's nice to go over to the fergus for entertainment of an evening. You can walk into paguera which takes 15 mins lovely walk aswel. Plus lidl is literally 5 mins away which is handy.I would highly recommend the boat trip comoran it's amazing. Stop for a swim,food and drink on board plus the captain is entertaining.palmarias beach is lovely with nice bars/restaurants etc who serve lovely food and drinks Altogether paguera is a charming place the water is crystal clear and the vibe is nice and chilled would highly recommend.

    Home today after a week at fergus club europa with my husband and 13 year old son. Pleasantly surprised after reading some reviews. Emailed hotel prior to our visit and requested an upper floor near the amenities ( we were staying magnus side) our request was met and we were very happy with our spacious clean room. ( no robes or slippers) but could have asked if I wanted them but didn't. Pool area had a great vibe lots of sunbeds and the bar staff were great. Food outstanding, we take several holidays and year so have a lot to compare it to and we were very impressed, all fresh and lots of choice. Magnus bar opened in the evening at 8pm so after a walk to the fergus side we would come back here and chill out round the pool listening to the music. Fergus side very busy and a long wait for drinks, we much preference magnus. The only downside was my son was slightly bored but I put that down to his age. Paguera is a beautiful little town with shops and restaurants within a 15 minute ( pleasant) walk lidl is about 5 minutes away. All in all we really enjoyed our stay

    Arrived late at night3 of our group had disabilities.booked in at reception which took an age. Part of our group got a ground floor room,yet the others disabled with a 6 year old were put up hills steps to a room u in the gods. No lighting on pathways and just left to struggle with luggage to our rooms.Reallygood jet 2 reps were amazing and got them a ground floor room next day. Rooms very basic and tired looking, definitely not 4* cleaners very slack,had to ask for bed change after 5 days. Children in bar till midnight with parents.     Good but just needs a bit of TLC in places

    Hotel was good but a bit outdated in places.We upgraded to the magnus suite, where it mentioned a complimentary stocked mini bar on arrival. It had 1 can of coke a random juice box and a little kitkat. All items looked like they had been left by other guests as we were a family of 5. No robes or slippers either. If we had paid the original £100 to upgrade then this would of been a bigger issue but we upgraded through our TC who got us a much reduced rate. Toliet continually ran for the duration of the holiday.Room was basic but had decent space for us. Room was up a set of small stairs so made it a little awkward with the pram but was manageable.Food was ok, Dinner was very limited and repetative but the showcooking bits at tea were fab and can't fault the breakfast selectionKids loved the pools and the slides.
