Location

The holiday complex is surrounded by beautifully set-out gardens and features many wonderful pine trees. It is just a short walk along the coastal road to the shallow-sloping sandy bay of Font de Sa Cala. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, as well as the miniature tourist train and a taxi stand.

Facility

362 non-smoking rooms are available to guests in a 3-storey main building and 3 auxiliary buildings. Multilingual staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The holiday village has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a childcare service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a page service. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service (for a fee). Bicycle storage is also available.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and adjustable central heating. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. Rooms include a double bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi ensure optimal comfort. A hairdryer and a telephone are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. The complex offers a wide range of outdoor sports, including cycling/mountain biking, bocce, beach volleyball, volleyball, crazy golf and archery. For a fee, guests can also enjoy tennis. With snorkelling or, for a fee, water skiing, sailing and diving available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. The complex offers numerous indoor sports, including table tennis, badminton, billiards, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, a gym. The wellness area offers a sauna and massage treatments (for a fee). Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy an entertainment programme.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a café and a bar. Catering options include half board, full board and all-inclusive. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for dinner). For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    The hotel grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. However, there was often a long wait at reception, and although air conditioning was advertised, we were only provided with a room fan. The bar staff were unfriendly at times, and guests were not allowed glassware even when away from the pool area, with all drinks served in plastic cups. The tennis tournament players also seemed to be favoured over other guests.Unfortunately, as English guests we definitely did not feel particularly welcome, and it often felt as though German and French guests were given preference.On a positive note, the animation team were fantastic and really helped make the stay more enjoyable.     Beach Club is a fantastic resort. We were here for tennis and wow!... the courts and facilities are incredible! I especially want to mention the staff here, they are superb! Everyone in reception as well as at the bars are so friendly and so so accommodating. A special mention to Tony - he is something else!     The hotel is located at a small village of the East coast which boasts clear salty water and wonderful weather. Being there for another tennis camp, we have to mention the work of our host, Antoni, who has done a fantastic job, making sure that our group feels special. The rooms are a little outdated, but good standard, there’s laundry around the corner, good food, and sports.     Long wait to check in - but fab staff!

    We had a great week of tennis at this Fergus hotel. The staff were all fab, especially Rose the cheeky & wonderful waitress and the amazing Freddie Mercury performer! He was really the star of several shows…his modern flamenco was something to behold! My room wasn’t great - it was overlooking a road but the only really annoying thing was an HOUR WAIT to check in. Some people waited longer. I would have given 4 stars with the lovely staf here made up for it!
