Guests have a choice of 166 apartments located in a 6-storey main building and a 5-storey auxiliary building. The reception desk is open round the clock. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. Rooms

    More of a 3 star than a 4. We’ve stayed at many four star hotels and this one didnt cut it. Good points, nice and clean with spacious rooms. Negatives, not enough food choices. Some dishes were tasty and some were not. The tea bags were terrible. Even using two tea bags didn’t make a good enough brew. My husbands chair broke when he sat down at one of tables bruising his arm. The pool area was very cramped with sunbeds. The pebble beach directly at the back of the hotel had waste pipes filtering into the sea which was very off putting. Saving Grace and the highlight for us was the beautiful bay further at the back of the hotel with diving boards into the sea and then a stroll there in the evening to watch the sunset. All in all we had a lovely holiday but we wouldn’t return to this hotel.     Amazing from start to finish 🙏🏼

    We are just about to leave Fergus style suites room 303, having had the best week with our family (2 grown ups and 3 boys aged 6, 4 and 2). Huge shout outs to Gio and Charlene in reception who booked us in and helped with our multiple enquiries throughout our stay. The hotel is perfectly situated in close proximity to the airport with our transfer being literally 20 mins away. Our room was clean, quiet and we were all able to get a good night's sleep. Maid service was brilliant and non intrusive. The food is really good, replenished regularly and staff are friendly.The pools are good fun, though a bit chilly when first getting in! Once you're moving though, it's fine and a nice refreshment from the sun.The atmosphere is good; busy but not stressful and most other guests are friendly and accommodating.Night time entertainment is great for the kids with plenty of stuff for the grown ups throughout the day too. Where this hotel really shines is with the entertainment team, who I just can't praise enough. In no particular order, Gummy Bear, Moana, Barbie, Simba and Belle were incredible and absolutely made our, and our boy's holiday extra special. They were so incredibly fun, patient and they always waved, stopped to chat and gave plenty of high fives and hugs. They are absolutely the boy's idols ♥️😃 There will be lots of tears tomorrow when we're on the way home. This holiday has been magical for us and we most definitely want to return next year.     I’m still here may 26, the Fergus is more a 3 star in my opinion. It’s clean and tidy but the rooms are dated. The pool area is cramped and there is no where quiet to sit in the sun as balcony has little to no sun and few have loungers. Issues since being here (day 3) balcony door didn’t open, tv not working properly, the safe doesn’t lock, and the pool bar only one open in day was unable to serve water. If you’re booked and enjoy a cup of tea bring your own bags! Even two of the black tea bags makes a bitter brew. Another tip get up early to bag a sun lounger - I would not recommend it here there is better out there.
