Ideal for beach holidaymakers, this hotel lies in the heart of Palma Nova, not 5 minutes from the sandy beach. The nearest airport is Mallorca - Palma de Mallorca (PMI), situated approximately 25 km away.

Facility

20 single rooms and 254 double rooms are located on 9 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.     Brilliant hotel, would definitely return

    Myself and husband came here for a short break and cannot fault the hotel at all. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and the cleanliness of the hotel is exceptional. We only came as bed and breakfast, breakfast choices are great - there’s pretty much something for every taste. The location of the hotel is brilliant, an exit via the pool leads you more or less straight onto the beach - along with lots of pretty little bars and restaurants.We personally had be had no issues with outside noise waking us during the night.We didn’t find any problems getting a sun lounger - even on the first day when we arrived around lunch time we still managed to find a spot. We also made use of the roof top bar, the view from here is absolutely stunning straight out over the sea.We would definitely look to return again in the future and would recommend this hotel to our friends.     Extremely comfortable stay

    We recently stayed at this Hotel for a week in early May. The hotel was of an excellent standard and the staff were super friendly and professional. We were always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Claudia, Esther, Abied and Philip were members of staff who were especially helpful and willing to chat. We took the half board option and we were not disappointed. The food was of an excellent standard with each evening having a theme. We would certainly look to arrange a return trip.     A fantastic stay.

    Fantastic hotel, great food, nice rooms, we’ve had a lovely few days. The only bugbear is trying to order drinks by the pool. There are QR codes on the little tables next to the sun loungers, but it just takes you to a menu…not a way of ordering. So you go into the bar where there are normally at least five staff milling around chatting, who look surprised that you have come to order drinks? Either have them circulating the pool & outdoor areas, or upgrade the system so that people can order & pay from outside. You would make so much more money.     Smooth late check in by Said , food platter left in room as missed dinner sat on balcony with platter and a coffee balcony door would not open ! From the outside we were locked out on the balcony No way to contact reception apart from ring on our mobile ! Maintainance came the following day to adjust the door . 1st morning breakfast no welcome we had to ask do we just sit anywhere ? And a curt yes was all we got as a reply . Sunbed situation not great if you are not laying your towel on one at silly o'clock the sun does not come to the area until lunch time the pools towels are supplied by the hotel the pool was closed at 6 pm . The sky bar was our preferred area fab comfy chairs and footstool and assisted by the fabulous aracell who worked up there and made the most delicious 🍸 cocktails. The pool bar area served tasty lunch food ably served by Paula always willing to help . The rooms are modern quite small and clean, but comfy beds and pillows , and as been stated not much privacy when using the loo or shower , good hairdryer nice bright clean white towels tea coffee water replenished as neededPublic areas are well maintained as are the pool areas cleaned down daily . Had a problem with an evening bar person on the pool bar we paid cash for drinks said he didn't know anything about it !!! It's all put in a computer went to reception and yes even he got it on his computer . Fab cooked to order meat on the griddle in the restaurant lovely young man sorry I have forgotten his name . Fab location even for the less agile people , great views . The make this hotel big shout out to the team members mentioned .     Not 5 star by any stretch of imagination

    Stayed in double room with balcony sea view, 2110. Very cramped. No better than Premier Inn room and worse in relation to bathroom facilities which formed part of the bedroom and offered minimal privacy. Lacked storage space for belongings. Cleaned and fresh towels daily. Pool small and deep with no way to enter from the side apart from ladder. Sunbeds had cushions but these were wet every morning so damp to sit on. Breakfasts were quite good and service was efficient but evening meals were poor and we ended up with salad most nights. Had to pay €3 for small bottle of water to drink at table. Evening entertainment was 2 nights out of 7 , a singer by the pool who had little or no stage appeal. No daytime activities provided, not even a pool table or dart board. The bar in reception was never manned so drinks had to be taken from the pool bar.
