    We stayed on the 1st floor apartament for 2 months, which we unfortunately paid in advance as requested in the contract. The elevator was not working. The walls were filthy with shoe marks all over the place and humidity signs. The shower had mold. Worst of all, the heating was not working and it was freezing. This never got fixed, and worst of all, they have not given the deposit back. Javier promised to fix the heating, and in the meantime, gave us 2 portable heaters. We couldn't use both at the same time because the light will go out, so we had to keep moving one around the apartment since it will barely warm up a few meters around it. We kept following up for days and weeks regarding the heating, and receiving all kind of excuses, supposedly waiting for a piece that needed to be replaced. The elevator was eventually fixed, but the heating was never fixed. This was winter so we had to wear double sweaters inside the apartment at all times to barely stay warm. They finally agreed to reduce the rent to compensate us for the inconvenience, but now they are not returning our deposit, and have been ignoring our calls and emails. Please stay away.
