  Honestly this place was such a letdown. The food was actually disgusting, like barely edible most of the time. Customer service was just as bad – staff were rude, unhelpful and just couldn’t be bothered.The walls are SO thin as well, you can literally hear everything. Don’t expect any sleep. The cleaners were lazy too, room never felt properly cleaned the whole time we were there.Also so annoying that there’s basically no bin in the room?? Just a tiny one in the bathroom which makes no sense. And they made us pay for drinks with dinner even though we’d already paid for breakfast and dinner – apparently drinks are only free with breakfast which is just a joke.Pool is tiny, nothing like what you’d expect, and the bed sheets were itchy which made it even worse trying to sleep.Only good thing is the location if you want to be right on the strip, but yeah… definitely wouldn’t stay here again

  PRO - Its a amazing place to relax , staff is lovely and full of energy, food is more than good and have from where to choose, drinks are great, rooms have been cleaned every day and very professional, CONT- Music is very old style so you can t really enjoy the proper atmosphere most of the time old and very but verry chill music so you will end up sleeping on the terrace also when you hear publicity in middle of the song and atmosphere is quite boring , In all inclusive is a bit wierd that you have not finished yet food and they come over to take your plates so its feel that you have to harry up eat and go ,

  What a spectacular view

  Mixed bag Hotel location on edge of Magaluf strip but hotel was not rowdy mostly families and couples. Location spectacular! Right on the beach easy walk to both Palmanova and Magaluf. Views amazing over the bay with soft sandy beach. Hotel is super clean and very comfortable- 10/10 for mattress and pillow comfort. 10/10 for clearness. Staff nice. Food abysmal 2/10. Little choice and never hot even if you loiter waiting for fresh food to come from the kitchen. Very poor choice. Usually salad, cold meat and cheese, soup, main course 1 meat, 1 fish, 1 veg and 1 potato -Puddings ok. If your breakfast only it’s a good choice just have fruit and cereal. I found the resort pretty expensive compared to Costa Del Sol. Jet2 holiday no fuss at the airport pretty straightforward with well organised transfers. Will I go again? No

  Misleading hotel room photo

  last miunte/ Flamboyan Caribe Hotel & SpaThis was supposed to be a very special and important holiday for me and my daughter, but it turned into one of the worst experiences we have ever had.We are both unwell, and I am about to begin chemotherapy. We planned this trip to have some sunshine and quality time together before my treatment starts. After weeks of research, I carefully chose Mallorca. I knew Magaluf is a party area, so I specifically looked for a hotel that would avoid the noise.I found this hotel, and reviews said that if you pay extra for a sea view/balcony room located on the other side, you can avoid the noise and enjoy a peaceful stay. Based on this, I paid extra for a sea view room. My package was around 30% more expensive than other options, so I expected a higher standard.When we arrived, staff simply pointed us to another building without proper directions. We had to drag our luggage up and down a steep, rocky hill because the signage was unclear.When we finally found the room. It was small, dirty, directly in front of the lift, and extremely noisy. Although it technically had a sea view, it looked nothing like the photos I booked from.I went to the reception politely and asked if I could pay extra for a better room, explained that my daughter had an accident, we are both unwell, and I am about to start chemotherapy, hoping for some understanding. Instead, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude. I was offered a room in the main building for €20 per night. When I viewed it, I was shocked — it was exactly the room shown in the booking photos that I had already paid extra for.I questioned this and asked why I needed to pay more for the room I believed I had already booked. I explained clearly that I was happy to pay more, but only for something better — not to pay again for the room I expected to stay. The staff said you shouldn't believe what you see on the website because the photos were only for example, not the exact room you'll get. To explain my point, I said that if I order food in a restaurant, I expect the food to be what I ordered. The staff member mocked me, saying that if you order McDonald’s, the food never looks like the photos.He completely missed the point of the comparison. I am not talking about the same room looking less nice than the photo — I am talking about being given a completely different room. This felt like they used one photo to sell the booking and then gave me something entirely different. We were so looking forward to the beautiful room that we booked, but we were disappointed.We had to buy sleeping pills and earplugs just to get through the 6 nights. Constant noise from the lift and People gathering outside our door waiting for the 24/7. Loud door slamming throughout the night. I have never stayed in a hotel where the doors close themselves that loudly. It felt like living in a shopping centre.People were partying on balconies on Friday and Saturday till 4am, and smoking constantly, so we couldn’t even open the balcony door at all.Other issues included:TV not workingPhone not workingWiFi unreliableRoom cleanliness was poorno water providedI have stayed in many package holidays across Spain and the Canary Islands, and I have always had excellent experiences — good hotels, clean rooms, great food. I never imagined that paying more for this trip would result in something this bad.The food was also extremely disappointing. There was no fresh fruit, the sausages were very low quality, and some food looked old and poorly prepared. Even basic items like baked beans looked mixed with canned tomatoes. We ended up eating mostly salad.The food was also extremely disappointing. This is the first hotel I have stayed in that didn’t have fresh fruit for breakfast. The meat provided was extremely low quality and not something you should be eating. The breakfast sausages were especially poor quality — worse than dog food.Even basic low-cost items like baked beans were mixed with canned tomatoes, probably because they had been sitting there for a few days already. We ended up only eating salad for most meals.I honestly do not understand how this hotel has positive reviews for food.I could go on, but the main point is this:This was not a relaxing holiday. It was deeply upsetting at a time when I needed peace the most.I am also extremely disappointed with lastminute.com for their lack of response and support. They seem to agree with the hotel that as long as you receive a “sea view,” everything is acceptable — completely ignoring the misleading advertising.Using premium room photos to sell a product and then delivering something entirely different is wrong.Please be very careful when booking. What you see is not what you get.I will never book with lastminute again

  Amazing sea view, poor quality food.

  Paid extra for a sea view, which is the highlight of this hotel, the non-sea view rooms back onto the stip and I suspect get quites noisy.The rooms had been recently refurbished and was nice, clean and spacious. The walls are thin and we were kept up at times by other noisy guests.The food was poor quality and towards the end of our stay we stopped eating at the hotel despite having all inclusive.The outdoor and small indoor spa pool are unheated, so didn't bother with the indoor spa pool. The WiFi went off for a whole day during our stay, which was a little annoying.Staff were polite and amenable. We found our stay good value for money but the sea view is essential and would be best to avoid the food.
