Location

This fine hotel is located in the centre of Paguera. The sublime sandy beach and thronging pedestrian promenade with its copious shops and other entertainment venues are close by and there is a bus stop just 100 m from the hotel's front door.

150 non-smoking rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by 2 lifts. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine.     The hotel is ok, great location. Staff were helpful.Room was fine, but we were in a room that overlooked the main street. Noise wasn't an issue as the bedroom was at the other side. It wasn't the best view though and didn't get the sun so drying bikinis etc was an issue.The block we stayed in had a feeling of a concrete uk council estate but the issues were visually only. The town is great, plenty places to eat and drink but not rowdy (no Irish bars!) There is a policy in place where loud music has to be off by midnight and this is adhered to my the bars.Would return to the town and if stayed in the hotel again I would get a room in the main building, facing the sea or pool

    Hard beds ruined it

    We stayed one week in an appartment. The beds ruined the over all experience. The beds where very hard and non in the family had any good night sleep for 7 nights. Otherwise we enjoyed the hotell and the pools where great. The gym didn’t have any a/c so trying to workout in 38 degrees was not optimal.

    Stayed here in July 2015, self catering. Very pleased with our room. We had a one bedroom apartment which looked over the main road. This suited us as we like to watch the holiday makers while sipping wine on our large balcony in the evenings.Hardly any English at the hotel, but that didn't bother us. Were very pleased that there was air con as it is not mentioned in hotel reviews . Maids changed towels and sheets everyday if you wanted. Some very nice restaurants to eat out. A lovely beach just a couple minutes away. Thoroughly enjoyed staying at Peguera, its a lovely resort. Enjoyed our stay.

    + Good location close to nice beach; breakfast; nice, clean , cozy pool and area around dining room, breakfast is served and located at a nearby hotel; good free internet connection. - room very basic. Good value for money. Would come back if traveling with tight budget. The town is a bit disapointing with lots of "tourist traps" and fake/cheap souvenir shops.nnnnnnnnnnnnnn

    We brought our daughter and 3 grandchildren over in October, and due to the age of the children we booked selfcatering apartments. The rooms were on the third floor overlooking the boulevard. They were perfect to use as a base, there's a great variety of places to eat along the boulevard with lots to keep the children entertained.The rooms are basic but ideal for our needs. I would not hesitate recomending the Ran de Mar we really enjoyed our time there and the children are saving to go back next year.
