  Hotel. Rooms very clean. But storage minimal if staying for longer than a week. Upper floors better. Some white noise on lower floors we think to do with pool. No bar in the evenings but it plenty of places nearby. All staff very friendly & helpful

  When choosing a holiday online we look at various companies, location, price and facilities available, we enjoy the process and trust in the information provided on the companies website, this is an enjoyable process as choosing a holiday is an exciting event. As consumers we do not expect to trawl through small print and then be left wondering exactly which facilities will be available, which according to EasyJet is what we should expect. We read the online information and take it at face value that the facilities advertised are available, and are the facilities we will experience and then we pay the amount of money EasyJet are asking for to provide us with the holiday they are advertising for sale. We think it is unfair, misleading and downright arrogant of EasyJet to basically say, tough you booked in early season, you should have expected to be disappointed. When we arrived at the hotel we found out that both pools were closed, Your website states “Make use of the two swimming pools” there is a sign at the hotel stating the pools are due to open 12th of May.None of the hotels bars, restaurant etc were open, all were in darkness, the restaurant was being used as a builders store, again your website states “ For breakfast, head to Restaurante Sa Puntassa for a buffet featuring everything from freshly baked bread and pastries to savoury dishes and local Balearic treats, to be enjoyed either in the restaurant or on the terrace. For lunch and dinner, the poolside Metla and Sasini Restaurants offer a unique culinary experience, blending the rich flavours of Asian and Mediterranean cuisine”, I did expect a bar or similar to be availableThe hotel is undergoing some improvements, building noise was continuous, there is also a construction of a large hotel opposite, the noise started from roughly 8.30am till 8.30pm, which was not pleasant, or relaxing, thankfully a short walk took us to the beach and the beach side restaurants etc, giving us escape from the noise, although there was a cost in hiring the loungers on the beach.The building work should have been disclosed on your website.The rooms are okay, there clean and functional, however the walls are so thin you can hear everything, not a pleasant experience. While we may expect some things not to be available in low season, they tend to be around entrainment and clubs, not the hotel being effectively closed. We booked a holiday not a room.

  Noisy. No sleep for a week. And expensive for what it is

  Before I start this review I should point out the staff at this hotel are lovely abs helpful and work hard This was a disappointing experience for me. At a cost of nearly £230 per night I expected more from the place.We stayed in an apartment. They are very small and the facilities to cook are really disappointing. Two hobs, a small fridge and a microwave only. Not much space and a tiny bin.But the biggest issue I have with the place is the noise. We had to move after one night due to ridiculously loud Dutch people next door. Aged late teens to early twenties. Music blaring. Shouting and banging until 4amMoved to a different room (and the staff were very accommodating of this) and we had one night of peace before a group of teenage Italians arrived drinking and shouting until 3am every night and smoking cannabis on the balcony. I had to buy earplugs to try and drown out the noise and it was a really rubbish way to spend what is supposed to be a relaxing break worrying about getting sleep.I don’t know what the hotel can do about this other than enforce it more. However when I did complain at 4.30am on our first night I was told “it’s July and August so we get a lot of noisy younger people” perhaps they should employ security to help the one receptionist on duty. It’s definitely an issue and just be warned because it kind of spoiled our trip. I don’t pay nearly £2000 for mo sleep for a week Other observations Great location near the beach and the pools were good Breakfast was fine It’s very German oriented in fact the whole resort is. Overall an ok stay. Wouldn’t ever come back.   Great holiday!

  Great hotel!Located in a small town, next to a beautiful beach and close to shops and pubs.The view from the room window to the sea is amazing. Beautiful vegetation in the hotel area and a great swimming pool. In addition, delicious breakfasts and dinners - a huge selection, which we did not expect from a 3* hotel. There are also regional dishes and diets.Very nice and helpful staff.The hotel is a great base for sightseeing, there is a bus stop next to the hotel, from which you can go to various places and the airport.I'd love to go back there! I recommend it wholeheartedly!
