    3.5/5 stars. The fontsanta is a stunning hotel with an incredible amenity-packed thermal spa, but it just barely misses the mark. Overall, I think the hotel offers great value for the price especially with unlimited access to the thermal spa and the included breakfast buffet which is exceptional. The restaurant on-site is great too, and it absolutely delivers on the elevated dining experience. The entire staff including front desk, spa, housekeeping, and the restaurant have all been fantastic. The layout and design of the spa is one of the best i’ve ever seen. However, there have been some no-brainer issues that have come up during our stay. The first is that there seems to be an unfixed mold issue in the rooms. The room was clean but there was a ton of visible black mold found throughout the room, which other reviews have mentioned previously as well. I’m not sure why this hasn’t been permanently fixed yet as this doesn’t seem to be a new issue. There were also signs of an active termite infestation in the wood beams above the bed, which is gross to think about. The second is the overwhelming amount of wasps flying around the property which makes relaxing by the pool or walking the hotel grounds a little uncomfortable. Also, there are no towels by the pool for some reason which requires you to walk to the front desk. Lastly, although the spa is beautiful, I think it could use a little extra care and TLC. These issues aren’t complicated to fix and but addressing these small things can really take this hotel to the next level. In summary, the hotel has all of the components of a sophisticated 5-star hotel, but the lack of attention to small detail unfortunately downgrades the experience.

    I stayed at the hotel, as a health retreat had been booked here. What a wonderful place it is. Most of the staff were extremely friendly and as it was only our group on the premises, the staff began to recognise us and treated us very well. The food, ambience and decor was gorgeous. Ample use was made of the steam aga sauna rooms as well as the pool and ice room. The treatments were fab too. The area is gorgeous as the group attests, but I stayed on the premises in the hot tub or infinity pool and rested thoroughly.

    I want to tell you that the Fontsanta Hotel was an awful place, so that you won't discover this piece of heaven on earth, but that would be terrible! If you want to be surrounded by beauty, (including the staff) scenery to die for and food so good you'll wonder why they call it a "wellness" hotel, get yourself booked in Fontsanta Hotel it's magical.

    WOW Fontsanta hotel and spa is fantastic I will recommend it to everyone it’s clean fresh the service is amazing the staffs are amazing they are so friendly helpful which made my stay very pleasant.. The food is great 👍🏾👍🏾👌🏾👌🏾

    Fontsanta was a truly fantastic experience, less than an hour from Palma airport. The hotel is welcoming and spacious. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The spa facilities were all well maintained and the treatments were AMAZING. The staff were all absolutely first class. I would not hesitate to recommend this Adults Only retreat. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
