    From the moment you’ll walk into this charming hotel you feel sudden tranquility and at peace. It’s located in a heart of town with multiple restaurants nearby just a few minutes walk away. The interior is unique and beautiful. At the reception there’s a polite note where members of the staff can be easily found. The restaurant serves phenomenal breakfast with plenty of tasty choices. The octopus as a starter for dinner is a must! The rooms are clean, private, spacious, bright and you’re instantly feeling at home. The beds are huge and extremely comfortable. The rooftop garden has a mini pool and loungers overlooking beautiful Artá. The owner as well as other staff members couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. The only downside of my stay was that I couldn’t stay there longer :) I’ll definitely be back and would recommend Forn Nou Hotel and restaurant to anyone who appreciates the best things in life :)

    We adored this spot! We had a lovely room, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, the food was bonkers yummy, and everything was perfect. Of all the places we visited in Mallorca, I thought Arta was the most authentic and least touristy/busy. Forn Nou is in close proximity to tons of beaches, hiked, art, and good food.I have a great video of our room, but Trip Advisor won’t let me upload a video, apparently.

    We contacted Hotel Forn Nou wanting to stay in May. We initially received a reply from someone called Toni but information in his response differed from the information on the hotel's website, particularly regarding the free cancellation period. In the email they said up to 30 days, where as on their website it said if you take the flexible rate it is free up to 1 day. We also asked them to clarify issues regarding the bathroom which they didn't respond to.We were holding a flight so immediately emailed back asking them to clarify the situation.We received no reply so, as we did not want to miss out on our flight, we tried two more times and again no one replied. I would add that another member of the family also tried and experienced exactly the same, i.e. they received an initial response but when they asked the hotel to clarify details, no response was received.In view of lack of clarification we felt unable to book and therefore no longer able to secure our flight at a sensible price.We are very disappointed particularly as the hotel mentions how good their customer service is; this was certainly not our experience!     Welcome good. Room excellent. En-suite shower little small. Staff helpful. Good selection on buffet breakfast. Dinner wasn’t a success! Roof top garden wonderful. Comfortable, shady and magnificent views. Well placed for exploring Artà and surrounding area.
