Location

This apartment complex is located on a quiet side street in the Calo des Pou district of Cala d'Or. An inviting sandy beach lies just 100 m away and can easily be reached on foot and the tow centre with its many shopping and entertainment venues as well as the marina lie just 2.5 km from the complex.

Facility

370 rooms and 120 apartments are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by 3 lifts. English- and German-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the complex include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms include a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Sport

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. The resort offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, bocce, beach volleyball, volleyball, golf, archery, fishing and horse riding. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, massage treatments and a solarium. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. Catering options include half board, full board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    We visited the hotel for a weeks stay, we found the beds comfy, entertainment boring apart from the magician. food: not much choice but at least it was always hot. one slow coffee machine for all guests, and its coffee was worse than awful. No tea bags on first 2 days. We had a nice room which opened out onto a secluded flat roof which was lovely. Always plenty of sunbedsannoyances included having to pay deposits for plastic cups, only able to get 2 drinks at a time from the bar(there was 3 of us so it was a nuisance), all inclusive cocktails: a choice of 4, which were awful, compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at. no smoking or vaping anywhere apart from outside front door of hotel. beach towels, have to pay a deposit plus 2€ when you want them swapped!!no balls, inflatables etc allowed in pool. outside of the hotel there’s a land train to take you to Cala D’or and there’s a lovely cove beach a stones throw from the hotel. We had a great time, would come to Cala d’or again but prob not this hotel.     Went away for four nights with no great expectations of the hotel after reading lots of reviews and it being a three star but I was greatly disappointed. Not sure exactly where to start but I'll go with our arrival, we got to the hotel around 21:30 to have the great displeasure of being greeted by Carolina, now this is someone who clearly doesn't like her job or in fact people (It was noted over the time I was there this was more apparent with English) She clearly has never heard of any sort of customer service, her attitude was appalling and quite frankly someone who should not be meeting guests on arrival or departure for that matter as she also checked us out and she continued her levels rudeness which she scores a solid 10/10.The rooms were basic but served a purpose, somewhere to sleep albeit uncomfortably as the beds had seen better days, the shower eventually got you wet as the shower head was probably fitted when the hotel was built. The restaurant, staff were great but the food was below what I think should be expected of a 3*. Breakfast was probably the best option of the day although on our first morning the sausages looked like that had been taken out of a world war 2 ration pack. Lunch and dinner in the restaurant is worth avoiding, very limited. Vegetable Paella contained Fish. The pool/ snack bar was well stocked, burgers galore and self serve Beer Tap. Location is excellent with numerous pubs and restaurants within a short walk, which you'll need to visit if you stay here. So take some extra cash. Would I go back? No.Should Carolina have some training? YesI think my 2* might be a bit generous but it wasn't all bad, its just far from good.     Response for the owner to GASTROENTERITIS ISSUE!!!

    In reply to your previous response to the GASTROENTERITIS ISSUE that me and my family had in April posted by ANA MARIA G, we did inform reception about the situation. My toddler was vomiting even in the lift while we were heading to the medical centre, and we specifically notified reception so that someone could come and clean it.Additionally, during the night my child vomited in the room, and at approximately 4 a.m. my husband went to reception to request assistance with cleaning and changing the bed sheets. However, no staff member was available, and instead the receptionist handed my husband a mop and clean sheets for us to deal with the situation ourselves.This incident should have been recorded in your log book. The fact that there is apparently no record of it is very concerning. And if you, as the owner, were not informed of this situation shows the real issues that you have with the staff there!!!! I would give 0 stars if I could!

    GASTROENTERITIS DUE TO THE FOOD!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS THIS HOTEL!!!

    We had the WORST experience at this hotel!!! Family of 4 here (2 adults, one 9 months old baby and one 4 yrs old toddler), planned a nice ALL INCLUSIVE 7 days stay at this hotel in April. Therefore we have only eaten and drank from their restaurant in our first days there. Since day one something seemed off, the smell in the restaurant was unbearable the staff touching their food with bare hands, the room was dirty, ants were roaming around in the kitchen. On the second night my baby started vomiting. We didn't think it was the food at first, but he continued vomiting and then having diarrhoea for 2 days. Day 4 my toddler, me and my husband started vomiting, having severe abdominal cramps and diahoreea. We decided to take our toddler to a medical centre which was right next to the hotel because he was vomiting non stop and at this point he couldn't even stay awake or on his feet. The doctor there decided he had severe dehydration and gave him an IV and anti vomiting medicine. I aswell got an anti vomiting injection. All of us got checked up and they gave us treatment. The medical bill came up to 1400 Euros and the doctors report clearly stated GASTROENTERITIS due to the food for all of us. We then spend the remaining few days in the room, recovering from illness, just going back out at the medical centre for another checkup and at the supermarket to buy the diet food that the doctor suggested we should eat over the next period. We never set foot in the restaurant in the last days, we even bought our own water. We just paid for an ALL INCLUSIVE stay just to get sick and not being able to enjoy it. We have chosen this hotel because it was just a bit cheaper than others, but this was a huge mistake.

    Not a very good hotel at all, showed up and it looked nothing like the photos on jet 2. When we got to the room it was dirty with hairs on the floor, a stained sink and dirty shower. The food is appalling and almost inedible we did not use the all inclusive we had booked and went out to eat for all meals. It’s not in the main part of Cala d’or however it’s only a five minute taxi ride away, would recommend going for the beach and restaurants.
