  Beautiful location, although a lot of steep steps to get to the beach, clean hotel & friendly staff, rooms cleaned daily, make sure u ask for a balcony room to appreciate the views. Sunloungers by the pool were always available, evening entertainment was ok but was only for an hour. Food not so good, not terrible but the meat all tasted similar and it was repetitive and not everything labelled. No kids options. I enjoyed the fruit, bread & salad all week. Close to the souvenir shops, drs, chemist & mini market. Alcohol watered down and only 4 cocktail options on all inclusive. Tiny glasses so u have to constantly line up to get another drink. I would stay again but wouldnt go all inclusive.   Such a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the surroundings!

  We had a wonderful stay at Globals America Hotel and truly enjoyed our time there. The meals were great, with plenty of delicious options every day, and the view was absolutely amazing — such a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.What really made our experience special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, always ready to assist with anything we needed and making us feel very welcome throughout our stay.We would also like to give a special thank you to the cleaning ladies for their kindness and hard work. Especially the lovely lady who left us some candy and a sweet note — such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched us.   Worse holiday I’ve EVER had avoid

  This is no where near a 4 star hotel, key cards had to be reset every day making me walking down multiple sets of stairs as there cards don’t work,I was told a technician would come up and check the door which NEVER happened the food is awful, it’s not even about bring picky, the breakfast was horrible sausages tasted like they’d been left in a fridge for multiple days, same with the bacon, beans, and the cold food, same story with every other meal, just tasted bland and re heated, feel like I have wasted my money and will be telling everyone I know to AVOID, worst experience I’ve had at a hotel…. Only reason it’s got a 1 star is because the view isn’t to bad 🤣🤣🤣apart from that save your money..   A gem of a place!

  This place is a gem! Having read some reviews we arrived pensively however we had the best time! It’s one of the most friendly, clean, welcoming and happy places we have stayed in recently! Food, drinks, entertainment, rooms and facilities were great! The staff team are outstanding! So well presented, friendly and helpful! The outside of this hotel looks quite austere however Globales has transformed the inside. We had the best time. Thank you team Globales America…we will be back soon!   Good, Bad and Ugly

  Stayed May 2026 The Good The drink - beer is San Miguel, soft drinks are pepsi, 7up, all wine very drinkable, spirits good quality. You can buy top shelf spirits if you want. Location - unreal, absolutely beautiful, views are to die for, close to the beach, central location for shopping, restaurants, bars. (Highly recommend a restaurant Venecia steak House - T bone steak enormous, fajitas beautiful too!) (Irish bar up the road is fantastic too) Hotel is clean, room comfortable, staff all very pleasant, pool area lovely. The Bad It upsets me to put the food in the bad section because, I absolutely loved the food! My husband is not a picky eater at all, but he hates fish and I have never known a hotel serve, so much fish. Not a great selection for meat eaters! I mean he didn't starve, he ate lots of salads, pasta and soups. And we went up the road for a kebab for him a couple of nights. If you like fish you will love the food. Ants - on the 1st night I had crisps in the room and they attracted some ants. But to be fair to the hotel, they were great at sorting it out, they got rid of them and they didn't come back but I would take care with food in your room. No late check out - there are signs everywhere and staff tell you when you book in, that you can pay for a late check out, but then on the day we were told no availability. So we had to check out at 11am and we didn't fly until 22.00 so that wasn't ideal. Nowhere to change your phone. There is a very basic shower room you can book a 15min slot to have a shower but if the French women in front of you has at 25min shower that comes off your time 🤣The Ugly Safe cost - absolute robbery €41 charge and a €10 deposit - €41 to use a safe for 5 nights !! Outrageous!************************************************All in all we really loved our stay but we wouldn't return to the hotel just because of the amount of fish, every dinner time and every evening. But I would definitely return to the area. But I would pay the extra for a private transfer, by the time we had to wait for other flights to come in then the drop offs, we were on the bus almost 4hours.
