  We never get fed up of this perfect hotel and why do we ever need to change away from something perfect

  This is now the 4th time we have visited this wonderful hotel, and some people often say to me 'why not explore something different', and I say to them, 'why change, when this hotel has been perfect for us every single time, with the wonderful staff and the amazing food and comfort'.On this 4th occasion (April 2026), we were in for an absolute treat, as our 10 nights stay worked out a bargain, being the middle of April 2026, and I did notice as it got to later weeks the price with JET2 would go higher and higher, so this indeed was a real bargain (all inclusive too), and as for the weather, amazing!.The beauty also of coming early in the season, are sunbeds / pool / hotel comforts (settees etc) and places in the amazing restaurant were always readily available, and not only that, but most places outside the hotel were all open too (restaurants, bars, shops, dance music venues and so on).So how about our experience in this wonderful clean modern hotel .. 10 days of amazing weather, incredible choice of all inclusive food at breakfast, dinner and evening meal, and of course those equally wonderful all inclusive drinks.Each morning after enjoying that all inclusive breakfast (choice of so many items), we would then go onto the hotels large patio outside (partially covered for people like me who want some shade), and there we would sit and enjoy our coffee on comfy chairs (with cushions), followed by the all inclusive drinks, in our case we love brandy and coke, gin and tonic, and much more. I remember the awful days of hotels (elsewhere), were plastic cups were left everywhere, often blowing into the pool (and the selfish visitors expecting the hotel staff to clear up the mess), but not so with this hotel, as it uses a token system were we must return the used plastic cups/glasses to claim our next drink. Perfect idea.Can I just mention also, that previous hotels in other places would start closing the restaurant down half an hour or more before the "close time", often dimming lights or "roping off" various areas. Not so with this hotel, even to the last minute or more they were always there for people.Then we would take a stroll round the lovely long sea front shops and other venues, and then back to our hotel room which was spotless each day thanks to the lovely house keeping staff, to prepare for dinner, and so on.Talking of the hotel room, great view of the pool and the hotel grounds and that blue sky, and being "early birds" (for April) we were on the 3rd floor, perfect for everything, often with the option of simply sunbathing on the hotel rooms patio with our drinks - our room also had the much needed fridge, safe option, TV, kettle, coffee, tea, milk, and additional 'goodys' for very late night which could be stored in our fridge too, not only that, but there is an extra large "Living room" with settees plus a 2nd TV (in our apartment), and in my case, that room was a place to store all my "man junk" out of my case, so that it did not clutter the main bedroom/balcony (and to stop the wife from getting wound up!).I was impressed with the way the TV could not be turned right up to "sound blasting" level, just perfect, so no worrys with the sound of other rooms playing "Horror movies" full blast at 1am!Being the start of the season too, the wonderful "family feel type hotel staff" looked so happy and keen to be back at work for what might have been a long previous break for them (Out of season) doing other work.The other thing I so liked about this holiday experience, and this is only something for me, was there were no animation staff (so no one wanting us all to dance, sing, clap in the water, exercise etc), just lovely peace and quiet, and the lovely sound of running water in the pool and people generally sounding happy and putting the world to rights now and then. There was however evening entertainment either inside or outside, which was perfect.One thing I must also mention, the extra large wide bed was so comfortable, not like (again) the old days of other hotels which used 2 single beds on small wheels, which would separate in the night, causing mayhem.Besides the hotel, rooms, food, facilities which I truly cannot fault, are the hotel staff themselves, with the waiters, chefs, bar people, hotel foyee people, house keeping staff and more, and same as last time the people that mean so much to us(personally) such as the wonderful Manuel, Manuela, Lorraine, Anna, Casey, Cathy etc and the truly hard working waiters, even the head waiter who came in on his day off to oversee during a busy period. I have booked again for next April, cannot wait, and as mentioned, we never get fed up of this hotel, as "why change something that is perfect"

  Great impression for our 1st stay in this hotel

  Lovely suite with balcony overlooking pool.Generously apportioned room, clean & modern.We were half Board so enjoyed breakfast and evening meal. Lots of choice on salad bar for vegetarians - not so much choice on hot food (vegan or veggie) but pasta available daily.All staff very friendly & welcoming.I was very kindly gifted a bottle of fizz for my birthday - a lovely treat.Plenty of sunbeds available and nice pool area. Close to Cala Bona Harbour and Cala Millor shopping & beach.

  First visit to hotel stayed for 11 nights in room 114 .All inclusive via jet2* indicates could do betterCheck in was no problemSuite with air-conditioning Main room is spacious & decorated white walls with comfortable super king size bed with memory foam mattress. 1 desk, 1 small luggage platform with small underneath storage. Bedside tables with over hang lamps and side night light.* I would say that the room could do with extra storage drawers in bedside units and desk could have drawers to.* MirrorsTwo fixed mirrors in bathroom , above sink and one on a swivel for shaving.There is a large full length mirror in hall, which although is good, there is no mirror in the main room or side room ie above the desk, so if you wear makeup or want to do your hair it's a bit of a struggle. I used the t.v screen as a mirror for doing my hair. I had a hand held mirror with me, I would suggest you take one with you. * Just not enough space to store all your bits and bobs away.Balcony has table, 2 chairs and small drying rack. The added bonus of suite is that it has a separate room, with sofa bed t.v & standing lamp small round table and wicker chair. This room also has a scroll open window which let's a good air flow in. * Again very little other storage Bathroom, square sink, walk in shower. Combined Shampoo conditioner and shower gel provide. Located in shower in pump dispensers. ( I didnt use as had my own stuff? High towel rack with towel shelf.* Shower is terrible ! Slow water, difficult hot & cold mixer lever, either to hot or to cold. Toilet flush fine.Rooms are cleaned every day very well. Change of towels if required, and beds changed completely every 3rd day.However if you forget to turn your door sign to do not disturb, the maid is very quick to enter..lolI used my travel doorstop..lolMealsWe had breakfast. Lunch & dinner on all inclusive with drinks.Meals where not interesting & basic. Plenty cheeses if you like cheese at every meal. To many dishes containing potatoes rehashed from lunch. Desserts very similar ingredients rearranged. Most where mousses which tasted synthetic, although we did like the rice pudding. Tight passage into restarunt along side at drink machines which doesn't make sense as causes disruption. Clearing staff pleasant, folks behind catering counters not so much and not really knowledgeable about dishes. For instance. I don't eat fish, but alot of the side dishes salad bar items could contain fish mixed through. We did speak to the rep at the hotel, about variety. We would stay at the hotel again but maybe not on all inclusive.Pool area coukd be cleaner, fruits from trees left lying attracting ants. We could get beds at poolside, as we where there out of season, but in season it may be difficult. Pool is good size, cold but OK once your in (it was Sept/oct)Inside pool is small but warm and welcomed facility usualy a child free zone.   Our first time staying here and loved every minute of it, hotel is spotless and all staff are very friendly, room's are a great size and very bright.. pool area is good plenty of sunbeds, we went in pool every day even though it was freezing but once your in it's fine 🤣 loved the snack bar and the breakfast and lunch were good dinner at night could do with a bit more choice, great location for beach shops and bars.. would definitely recommend, my only moan would be a bit more storage needed in toilet for toiletries ( I know there's a bit of space behind the mirror) we can't wait to come back..
