Location

This pleasant beach hotel is situated on the seafront, next to the sandy beach of Son Bauló and near a large area of dunes and virgin pine forests that are part of the natural protection area Son Real. This hotel is located in one of the most peaceful and quiet corners of Can Picafort and enjoys stunning views over the bay of Alcudia. Guests can find a wide range of shops and restaurants. It is a few minutes' walk from the marina and the centre of Can Picafort.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 4-storey building with a lift and 142 rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. Most units include a balcony with sea views, where guests can relax and linger a while. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the double bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. The pleasantly heated water of the outdoor pool area guarantees comfortable swimming. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, hydrotherapy treatments and a solarium. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Activity coordinators organise an entertainment programme for adults and children.

Meals

Dining facilities include a non-smoking restaurant, a dining room, a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.

    This is a very nice, bright modern hotel and it has a superb location at the end of the promenade and beside the beach. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets are very good with a wide variety of items. There are plenty of fresh salads and fruits available. The coffee at breakfast could be improved. The all inclusive drinks are good, but the drinks included is not clear.     AMAZING HOTEL AND STAFF!!

    Fabulous hotel with fabulous staff. Twin room was bright and spotless with a good size balcony overlooking the front of the hotel. Great for people watching and getting the sun in tbe afternoon. To upgrade to sea view was 150 euros for the week. Food is amazing with so much choice and restaurant is spacious with stunning views and service was first class. Reception is so stylish and great for sitting chilling in the evening after dinner or the bar with tv. Pool area is immaculate, with lots of sunbeds and great sea views. It's the staff that make this hotel a winner. Sylvia on Reception was an absolute diamond always greeting all guests with a smile, and speaking 5 languages was very impressive. Great front of house and had a few laughs with her. Moses on animation team making guests laugh with his game. Luciano so warm and welcoming, Rosa so lovely Alessio gorgeous and funny Sergi and Adrian sorting those drinks so fast for everyone. Never seen staff work so fast and hard. Everyone we came into contact with during our stay went above and beyond but naturally and not forced.     Michel and Sylvia were really kind, funny and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean everyday, comfortable beds and nice shower. Beautiful view from the hotel and very nice walk path around.Food was also delicious and lots of variety.
