    Relaxing

    rating18 Nov 2025

Efficient check in, arrived for lunch, handy luggage room for a short period prior to rooms ready. Rooms were clean and spacious, was nice to have a bath shower option, we did have a sandy day but rooms were refreshed daily, towel changes on request (in the bath or hung) We had mixed weather so the air con and balcony options were great for comfortable temperatures. Pool area was clean and accessible, the 2 daily lifeguards were very attentive, communicated well and prioritised safe fun. Lee was outstanding, he learned quickly folks swim ability and set challenges for my son with others entertaining him for hours and inspiring him towards his job. Beach was a short walk, a lovely cove with great waves, again felt safe with clear lifeguard post roped off areas. We did notice that some left rubbish or buried it, this was unfortunate, bins were clearly nearby. A handy kiosk that accepted card and cash (really thankful for cash preferred) Toilets were not always open per their timetable but hotel near by. On our last day we had a couple of nips (nibbles) at our 1 mosquito bite each, we have to assume this was hungry sea bream, or so google suggest? Cliff top walks, I found a circuit from the hotel through town & back to hotel, it was fairly signposted. These were safe with the odd bench for a bit relaxing sea views.Town has lots of shops with a market type feel walking through one to another, good for the odd bit souvenir and both the animal and central mini golf set ups were great. Food, for a fussy eater there was choice, drinks accessible, and so nice to have soup options, We ate well. Snackbar options of hotdogs and cakes were readily available. Although not big eaters we did eat and drink well. Dress in the restaurant was casual but not swimwear, fair. Check out was a little bit of. faff, we requested late check out but wasn’t available in this instance, however we could book a shower space with fresh towels. At our time however there was many checking in and reception was busy. Carting from the luggage room to broken showers was a bit of a juggle, id know now to be a little more organised with packing. Shower key returned and onto a doorstop transfer. I think this was just unlucky with timings as reception were often relatively calm. Only 2 lifts caused a bottle neck at periods but stairs were clean clear and achievable. Would return to this relaxing space, calm and clean. Thanks team for a great October break with mixed weather.

    Amazing holiday

    rating31 Oct 2025

What an amazing holiday we have had staying here. Stunning views, friendly staff. Really clean hotel. Rooms made up daily. The beach is spectacular. Feeding fish in clear water. The pool was very cold but my son loved it. Food was tasty. Lots of choices but slightly repetitive. Would highly recommend staying here

Brilliant Stay. Animation team are fantastic. Food and bar is great. Great hotel deserves more than 3 stars

    rating25 Oct 2025

Fantastic for the price. Definitely feels better than a 3* hotel. Food was lovely. Good variety. Typically warm and plenty for fussier eaters. The snack bar is brilliant. Often serving bacon/sausages/fries shortly after breakfast so I typically skipped breakfast to have at the snack bar instead. Snack bar also serves freshly made pizza/burgers/hotdogs/fries all afternoon too with deserts like Churros around 4pm. Room was nice. Good size. Bed was comfortable. Aircon in the room made it very comfortable. My room was on the first floor at the front of the hotel which faces the shopping centre and also a club. The music is rather loud however it’s only open until 1am and they play some fantastic music so certainly no complaint about that. Bar was pretty good. Drinks have some variety. I typically only drank the cocktails. Plenty of alcohol! I’d argue maybe too strong I sometimes had to ask for more mixer or I would be passed out on the sun loungers getting sun burnt.Staff were great but special mention to the animation team! I mean they couldn’t get any better! They’re so energetic, always so happy and polite. They engage with everyone and the shows are fantastic. Certainly made me feel included and welcomed as a solo traveller. The shows 21:30-23:00 are brilliant but they also work through the day doing plenty of activities in the pool like water polo and things like darts and other activities which are good fun. Would definitely visit again especially if the animation team are the same people. They really make the holiday

    A great little short break.

    rating17 Oct 2025

Just returned from my first solo break having stayed at the Globales Samoa. The hotel==========The hotel itself is lovely. Everywhere is clean and well looked after. The staff were all lovely. Ideally located a short five min walk from the gorgeous beach. The room==========I arrived late at night and couldn’t see my view, and thought I’d been given a duff room at the front of the hotel. I needn’t have worried, the view was stunning. The first morning opening the curtains to see the sunrise was gorgeous. Now, the room that I saw on the Jet2 website and what I got are worlds apart. My room was a little tired, none of the modern features I saw online - but for a base it was fine. It was clean, for the most part, besides lots of little hairs on the covers. The bathroom was a good size, and the shower pressure excellent. The food=========I’d read quite a few reviews after I’d booked but before I went about the hotel not catering for ‘British guests’. As a Brit, I can tell you there was something there for me each meal. I’m not a massive fan of buffet style places, but like I said, could always find something to make a meal - albeit the ‘hot’ food was ambient at any time. The snack bar for a late lunch or early tea was lovely. Because it was popular, the food was always being prepared and you knew it was fresh. The pizza was really nice. Any negatives?================Being at the front of the hotel, there is a pub/club across the road that pumps out music every night from about 19:00 - 01:30. The bass was quite something at some points. Music to suit everyone’s tastes though haha - props to the DJ. The first night I thought it would be too much for me, but I soon got used to it. Overall========As others have said, you get what you pay for. I was very happy with my stay and would return for another short break. never ever again

    rating14 Oct 2025

on second day I was very poorly with a severe stomach bug to which reception called a private doctor whom was very rude and insisted on me paying cash which I didn't have in room but he asked me to go cash machine in lobby despite being very poorly and in tears...I was very dehydrated and reception said following day after me asking for some water to be brought to room as I was on my own to be told we were busy and we don't do room service. the food is awful I tried snacks whilst my stomach was still poorly to see there was pigeon's in the actual bread bin...I was recovering from a hip replacement and was hoping for a week of relaxing but my week was desperately wanting to go home
