Location

This modern luxury hotel is ideally situated directly next to the sea and is surrounded by countless plateaus for bathing. This apartment complex is located by a small pine forest, which is separated from the hotel by a road. The town centre of Cala Ratjada with its numerous shopping and entertainment venues is only about 2 km away. The bathing bay of ""Son Moll"" is roughly 1 km away, whilst public transport departs from stops directly in front of the hotel (20 m away).

Facility

The resort has 29 single rooms and 160 double rooms, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the double bed. Separate bedrooms are available. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. Other features include a direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge). Guests can enjoy a range of leisure facilities and activities, including an entertainment programme and live music.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. Catering options include half board and all-inclusive. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and a comprehensive dinner buffet offer plenty of delicious variety. Gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.

    Our stay at Grupotel Aguait Resort & Spa was most enjoyable and relaxing. It is a superb hotel. Absolutely stunning views overlooking the sea or forest and hills. No other hotels around. The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was excellent with plenty of choice. The hotel was very clean as were the bedrooms. Lovely big shower and comfortable beds. The entertainment which was in the lobby was very good and not overly loud. The pool bar food was really good and again staff so friendly. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this hotel and would give it 10 out of 10. Hopefully we will be going there again. Thank you everyone at Grupotel Aguait for making our stay one to remember.

    Probably one of my best holidays ever! We love this place. Right on the water with a beautiful promenade to run/walk on and near to gorgeous hiking options. In Feb and off season most resturants are closed and the water is cold but the sauna amd delicious hotel food make up for it. And it's nice a quiet from too many tourists.

    The hotel was lovely as were the staff. We were upgraded on arrivalWhich was nice, fantastic view out to see couldn’t have asked for better. The hotel is at the end of the resort which was lovely and peaceful. With around a 20 minute walk to the restaurants and bars. The food was lovely plenty of choice although it was aimed more at the Europeans rather than British. We had a great stay and will definitely be returning.

    Wonderful 7-Night Stay – Already Looking Forward to Our Return!

    We had a fabulous week-long stay in a third-floor sea-view room, which offered stunning views and a lovely sea breeze. The walk-in shower was a great touch, and while I personally found the mattress a little soft and thin, my wife found it very comfortable – so swings and roundabouts there!Every member of staff we encountered was fantastic – from reception to the restaurant team, entertainment staff, kitchen crew, and housekeeping – all were friendly, helpful, and clearly take great pride in their work.The location is spot on – peaceful, scenic, and just a pleasant 1-mile coastal stroll to the marina if you're in the mood for an evening walk or a change of scenery. The sea access felt safe and inviting, and the pool was perfect for cooling off.My wife used the gym and was impressed by both the equipment and the sea views – not a bad backdrop for a workout!The food exceeded expectations. Buffet-style breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety, with a different theme each day – something for everyone. The à la carte lunches by the pool were delicious and very generous in portion; we ended up sharing them after a few days!The hotel was spotlessly clean – I was genuinely impressed by the early morning outdoor cleaning routine, which ran like clockwork. There were always plenty of sunbeds and parasols, although the front row beds were a bit tightly packed.Fellow guests were all relaxed, courteous, and in good spirits – exactly the kind of atmosphere you hope for on holiday. Evening entertainment ran from 9 to 10:30 pm and was generally very enjoyable, offering something for all tastes.If we could have stayed for 10 or 14 nights, we absolutely would have! We’ll definitely be returning.A few small suggestions: a bit more space between sunbeds, more secure parasol bases (one did fall and catch my wife while she was napping – she’s fine, thankfully!), and perhaps slightly thicker mattresses and a touch of modernisation in some rooms. But none of these things detracted from what was an overall fantastic stay – five stars from us!
