    A charming hotel just a few steps, across the street from the beach. Excellent location, everything within the reach, shops, bus-stops. Receptionists were friendly and always smiling. So was the hotel manager. Breakfast was fabolous. On the down side, room walls are quite thin and I could hear neighbours discussion and noises from the movement of cleaning trolleys. We had a smalll apartment overlooking the swimming pool, bathroom was perfect although two rooms and the kitchen would welcome some upgrade: more kitchen utensils, change of furtniture. We stayed one week , just me and my friend and would not hesitate to return to the same place. There were two concerts during our stay, quite enjoyable.

    A Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service

    I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our room was cozy, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect — close to all the main attractions and easy to explore. The drinks at the hotel bar were absolutely delicious! The food was varied and yummy. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

    It’s not a bad hotel but could do with some changes , hardly eaten here as there wasn’t much English food it was like English tourists wasn’t catered for especially for children , there was quite a few ants around all the food and my son even had a dead one in his ice cream maintenance was in the room when we arrived and come back and let himself in 2 days later , kids club was only on 2 hours and not one child went and it wasn’t advertised , entertainment was every other night and wasn’t very family friendly due to the fact kids wasn’t getting up to dance etc there was however a mini disco for children mon- Fri 8.30- 9 that was it , no slides for pools or any water games for children

    This hotel is definitely not up to 4-star standards. Only good thing of this hotel is the location. There were no real amenities (just 2 solid soaps and the cheapest all in one shower gel), and everything is run-down: dated furniture, worn curtains, stained bed lamps, damaged doors and walls. The bathroom was in poor condition, with mold in the shower and rust on the shower head and sink faucet.Upon arrival, we were placed in a room in an annex building, which had a strong unpleasant smell, likely from the bed or curtains. It was impossible to sleep there, so the next day we requested a change. We were moved to a so-called “premium” room. While it was cleaner and free of odors, it still had the same outdated furniture and overall did not feel like a true 4-star experience.Breakfast was extremely disappointing. The coffee was instant (unacceptable for a 4-star hotel), the juice was concentrated instead of fresh, and the selection was very limited and of poor quality — just a couple of cheeses, one or two types of ham, often no vegetables, and dirty plates. The area was crowded and noisy, resembling a canteen more than a restaurant. Definitely not what you’d expect from a 4-star breakfast. Thankfully, we had booked only breakfast and not all-inclusive.What makes the experience worse is the comparison with another 4-star hotel of the same brand in Playa de Palma, where we stayed just before. That hotel was spotless, truly lived up to 4-star standards, and overall offered a far superior experience. Ironically, we ended up paying more for three nights at this disappointing hotel than for four nights at the much better one.This is exactly what happens when a hotel chooses cheap quantity over quality.Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. It was a very disappointing stay.
