Location

The hotel is located in in Puerto Alcudia, only 150 m from a sandy beach. The closest cities are Alcudia (5 km) and Pollensa (13 km). Other cities: Palma de Mallorca (55 km).     Best hotel in Alcudia!! Been to Alcudia 3 times previous but wanted something less rural, this hotel did not disappoint! Everything about Grupotel Maritimo was amazing from the food the drinks but most of all the staff!! Dianne, Martin, Nina, Yassim sorry i cant remember all the names but ALL of you!!! Your all amazing!! i have stayed in hundreds of hotels an never where all the staff go above and beyond for their guests, its very structured which is why this hotel works! Plenty of sunbeds all mixes of age and so relaxing, 3 mins walk to the beach if you want to go there for the day. Lots of supermarkets too, breakfast and evening meal you will be allocated the same table everday i loved this and buffet well spaced out so your not on top of other guests. A lovely gift and birthday card and a candle an decorated table for my birthday. Also go for the cleaners cleaning your room every other day which is enviromentally friendly and get 45 euros back to spend at the bar!! Any Q's please ask.But we have found our new place when we come back we cannot wait!

    Hotel looks beautiful,it's clean,and the pool area is lovely,the rooms are spacious,but the beds are very hard,and also the pillows.the staff are a mixed bag,some are lovely and polite,some are very condescending...,overall a nice place to stay,just take some of the staff with a pinch of salt.....

    Another great holiday at the Maritimo, where we have stayed many times since 2007. The hotel always meets the highest standards in all departments, and all the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Always good to see Juan, Issy, Rosa and Martin. We love the pool bar for an afternoon drink, Diana and the staff are excellent. We always look forward to a return as soon as we get home.

    A fabulous hotel which I have visited repeatedly over the past 25yrs. The staff are wonderful, polite and nothing is too much trouble. A special mention to Rosa and Issadora in the restaurant and all the bar staff in the lounge for their impeccable service. You will not be disappointed if you visit this hotel and will return for more holidays.

    We loved out time at the Maritimo. They are environmentally conscious which is great. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, everyone greeted us, we cannot fault the service received. The rooms are spacious, we like a softer bed so asked for mattress toppers which came instantly after a call to reception. Two lovely pools to swim in, albeit they are cold. Nice outside bar. The restaurant and buffet were excellent, so much choice and very tasty. We enjoyed the varied entertainment, the entertainment manager has to please a wide variety of guests and does a good job. Overall, we had a fabulous week.
