Location

The luxury hotel is situated directly on a long sandy beach and only 300 metres away from shops, bars, nightclubs and restaurants. Links to the public transport network lie directly in front of the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 36 suites, 8 single rooms and 98 double rooms, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service (for a fee). Bicycle storage is also available. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy partial sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

No matter the weather, guests can take an energising swim in one of the 2 indoor and outdoor pools. There is also a special swimming area just for kids. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including cycling/mountain biking, bocce, beach volleyball, volleyball, golf and Nordic walking. Water sports enthusiasts are offered kayaking. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, yoga and callisthenics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon, anti-ageing treatments and a solarium. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and live music.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. Guests can dine in a cosy atmosphere at the restaurant (smoking area and high chairs). Half board is offered as a catering option. At breakfast and dinner, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet. Various dishes can be ordered à la carte for lunch and dinner. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers special catering options. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.

    An Amazing Holiday!

    We had a fantastic holiday from start to finish! On arrival we were met by Jimena who informed us that we had been upgraded to a suite! It was a lovely surprise...beautiful suite overlooking the pool. The pool area was fabulous and everyday the lifeguard went out of his way to help us with sunbeds, umbrella and fresh towels. The restaurant and food was first class. A special mention to Monika and Alfredo for looking after us in the restaurant. ALL of the staff were so friendly and attentive. The location of the hotel is great. Easy walk to the beach and bus stops outside the hotel. It was an amazing holiday! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending. A big thankyou to all of the staff!!     A wonderful vacation for parents and kids!

    We had such a wonderful experience. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They took note of where we usually sat for breakfast and dinner and made sure that the table was set to accomidate my 3 year old daughter (plastic dinnerware and a booster seat). The beach is just nest to the property. They provided all of the necessary equipment to build a perfect sandcastle. The kids club animators were FANTASTIC. So wonderful and kind. My daughter had a wonderful time playing in their floor to ceiling windows space. We will most definitely go back!     A beautiful hotel, with the best staff ever who work so well together as a team. They look after their guests so incredibly well from the minute they arrive, to the minute they leave.     Excellent experience at this lovely hotel

    Excellent holiday at this 5 star hotel, where every effort was made by all staff to make our stay the best possible experience. From the beautiful suite we stayed in, to the dining room, bars, spa and lobby areas this hotel is immaculately clean with well maintained planted areas and lovely pool. Access to the beach with its wide expanse of white sand is very simple and the bistro has views directly to the sea. But what makes this hotel so special is the staff. Every member we encountered was kind and friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I find travelling abroad challenging due to a medical condition / multiple food intolerances, but it was no problem here! The chefs prepared my food separately and despite the limited ingredients which I am able to tolerate every meal was tasty and beautifully presented. I was made to feel very welcome, safe and confident in the restaurant. A special mention to Diego and the chefs, Jimmy, Danny, our server Anka and Laura and Paola on reception. And thanks to ALL the staff we could not name, they are like a big, happy family. We will most definitely try to return to this hotel!
