  Excellent Hotel in Great Location

  Just returned from a lovely week long holiday at this super hotel.We were a couple travelling with our daughter and family and had previously requested high floor rooms next to each other which was exactly what we got.We were on a self catering basis and found the rooms although a little dated extremely well equipped ( although we didn't do any cooking whilst there).There was plenty of storage and an abundance of coat hangers.The beds were very comfortable, air conditioning great and the bathroom had ample area for storing toiletries.Free safe a bonus .The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and the drinks and snacks at the bar very competitively priced to bars and restaurants in the area.Pool area had lots of sunbeds and umbrellas, you got the usual reserving of beds however we only used the pool early morning and late afternoon preferring to to walk and explore the resort and we never had a problem at either time getting a bed.Although I didn't use the indoor pool and sauna my daughter and family did and said it was superb.Ideally located to walk to neighbouring resorts of Cala Bona, Sa Coma and S'Illott.All of the staff were very professional, friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend.   A Wonderful Stay with Stunning Sea Views

  We’ve just arrived home after a fantastic 10-day family holiday and were pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed our stay. Overall, it was very difficult to fault the hotel.The hotel itself is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and all of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.We stayed in two one-bedroom apartments, one of which was an accessible room for my mum, who has mobility issues. Both apartments were spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. A special mention for the generous number of clothes hangers in the wardrobes – a small detail that makes a big difference! Housekeeping visited daily (except Thursdays), keeping everything fresh and tidy.We ate in the buffet restaurant a couple of times and found there was plenty of choice available. The rest of my family, especially the children, thoroughly enjoyed the food and desserts. My only challenge was that I have intolerances to gluten, lactose, onion, tomato, and garlic, so my options were understandably more limited. I mainly relied on freshly cooked meat, salad, and fruit for dessert.The pool area was excellent, open from 10am to 6pm, and despite visiting during a busy period, we always managed to find sunbeds. The hotel's beachfront location was a real highlight, making it easy to stroll out and watch the sunrise over the sea.The section of beach directly in front of the hotel is a little rocky, so we often walked 5–10 minutes along the beachfront where relatives were staying. We used the comfortable sunbeds outside the Ame Beach Club, although at €44 for two beds, a safe, and a table, they were on the expensive side compared to neighbouring options.There are plenty of supermarkets, shops, bars, and restaurants within easy walking distance, making it a great base for exploring the area.Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and would happily return.   Best Hipotel Hotel Ever Visited!

  Home from a fantastic week away, location was perfect. After having stayed at 2 previous Hipotel Hotels previously, this one is far the best! Easy to get in to the centre of Cala Millor or Sa Coma. The staff were friendly, attentive and want to help to make your stay at pleasant as possible. House keeping staff friendly, reception staff from the moment you arrive go above and beyond. Would recommend this hotel to families.The only constructive feedback I would give is the entertainment at the hotel was very much the same each night not much variation with the acts.Thank you Hipotel Dunas for a fantastic week!   Wow what a fabulous hotel from arrival to leaving was amazing.Our room was spacious and clean with a lovely view. The staff especially fran and cati were so friendly and helpful nothing was a problem. The buffet breakfast and evening meals were just fantastic value. This was our first time staying at this hotel and it won't be the last.   ​"I wanted to say a massive thank you to the team at this hotel for their incredible help during a bit of a travel nightmare.​A special mention must go to Micaela, who was an absolute credit to the hotel. When the Jet2 app glitched and I couldn't find my transfer details, she went above and beyond—calling the bus company and travel advisors directly to get everything sorted for me. She was professional, calm, and incredibly helpful when I really needed it.​I also want to thank Bea for her support as well. Both ladies are a fantastic asset to the team, but Micaela’s extra effort really saved the day.
