Location

This elegant hotel lies at the heart of a sprawling pine tree forest, above a small sand and pebble beach that is just 600 m away. The centre of the lively town of Cala Millor is about 6 km from the complex and offers guests many different shopping and entertainment venues. To get there in a short time, guests can catch the bus. During the summer months, there is also a mini bus that takes guests to the centre from a stop about 100 m from the hotel. The airport is some 65 km away.

Facility

The hotel has 206 cabins, including 5 junior suites, 3 suites, 6 apartments and 188 double cabins, which are located on 7 decks and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the guest services desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Services such as a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable cruise. Wireless internet access allows passengers to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The hotel features a garden and a playground. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. A parking deck is available to those who wish to travel with their own car. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, cabin service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Bicycle storage is available to passengers. There is a bike hire service as well. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine. Lectures, presentations and meetings can be held in one of the 3 conference rooms.

Rooms

Cabins are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. All cabins are carpeted and include a double bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a vanity mirror are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Passengers can also book wheelchair-friendly cabins with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family cabins and non-smoking cabins.

Sport

The pool area (for a fee) includes saltwater and freshwater pools, which are in part heated, as well as a children's pool. Indoors and out, guests can take a rejuvenating swim or just relax poolside. Passengers can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub (for a fee). A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun deck, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. A variety of activities are available at the hotel, for example tennis and bocce or, for a fee, cycling/mountain biking, golf and horse riding. The hotel offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis and callisthenics or, for a fee, billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa, a hammam, a beauty salon and thalassotherapy treatments and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and live music.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy dining in the cosy atmosphere of the 2 restaurants (smoking area and high chairs available). Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, passengers serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for lunch). Gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request.
