  Perfect 1st family holiday

  This was perfect for the kids 1st holiday abroad (aged 7&4).There was a nice family friendly atmosphere and the kids soon made friends.The rooms were as expected and we had a beautiful view of the beach from our balcony.We had an issue with the room card on 2nd to last day but this was soon sorted by reception who also helped us book our Safari trip. The staff in the restaurant were very efficient and friendly with the kids.We only used the kids club once but my little girl (7) thoroughly enjoyed it. The kids loved the Minidisco and entertainment and when they wanted a break the park was next to entertainment area.Swimming pools plentiful and the food was ideal for little fussy eaters. Whilst the restaurant got busy we always got sat.Overall thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely consider coming back!   Fantastic family friendly hotel!!!

  Wow what a brilliant hotel! We recently visited with our children who are 2 and 3 and they had the most amazing time. They catered for everything I would say younger children in particular would want on holiday, it was brilliant for them. Multiple pools, splash area, and of course the area with the small water slides was great if a little crowded. The entertainment was very good, my children looked forward to the mini disco every night and loved seeing Hipi.Everywhere was very clean and tidy, such attention to detail!The food was exceptional, so much choice, something new every day and great quality.I noted all of the housekeeping staff in particular were very friendly. We were on the side of the road closest to the beach, so you have to walk across the road to the main restaurant but this did not bother us. The beach is beautiful.It is very family friendly so unless you have children may not be the best fit. I was also a little disappointed to see sunbeds being reserved (in particular on the Sunday for family day) as I had read that this was not allowed and thought it would be enforced. And yes, I had read that mealtimes can be a little noisy and a bit crowded but if you have small children this all becomes white noise! And honestly was not as bad as I had expected. We enjoyed our holiday here so much we are already planning our next trip here!   Lovely hotel!

  Visited this hotel on 6th May 2026, i have to say its one of the best hotels i have stayed in for being family friendly! the rooms were immaculate couldn't fault a thing! we did bed and breakfast and it did not disappoint, the hotel is cleaned constantly! the pool areas were amazing, we was in the garden area rooms, didnt hear a thing during my little ones naps during the days or at night which is always a bonus! the entertainment was good, liked that there was waiters walking round taking orders so didn't have to stand in the que! the location was ideal for us, as was a nice short walk down to the beach and restaurants! the staff were all lovely! the rooms were cleaned daily apart from Thursdays i believe! the cleaners couldn't do enough for you! The only downsize of this hotel is there is no lifts to rooms! which we found a little tricky with two prams and being on the top floor, it wasn't an issue in the end as we left these on the bottom floor and were safe and sound. The hotel itself is faultless and i would defo stay again!   Amazing hotel and holiday

  Stayed here for a week, and what an absolutely fabulous hotel. Much bigger than we expected as part of the hotel is across the road where the entertainment, restaurants, kids pool area with pirate ship, water play area and with a park are. The hotel is definitely an ideal family resort, food was amazing well presented and great tasting, plenty too offer especially for fussy 2 and 5 year old kids are ours. Each night had a different theme, fish night, grill burger night, pasta, and pizza, chips etc for the kids. The desserts were amazing. Hotel is next to the beach and has plenty of shops in the area ideal for getting Food, clothes, toys, etc. Rooms have self catering facities Hob,fridge,microwave,kettle which was all clean and the kitchen area looked recently new. The apartments are a good size, ideal for families. The main resturant can get busy so pick a time that suits. The hotel lobby and facilites all look brand new and modern.We stayed in an garden apartment which is ground level, we had a problem with our first apartment as there was a musky smell which we noticed straight away. There was an dehumifier in the lounge area which was lefted on that we thought was abit weird. When looking more closely you can see that there must of been some sort of flood as all the furniture and units about 5 inch up from the floor all had water damage. We went back to reception and they was happy to change our room straight away so it wasnt a big deal. Im guessing this was only our room has no one else mention their rooms having the same problem.The hotel and area is mostly german based, as there was alot of them there and with the entertainment which was great, they spoke in all languages but mostly all in german, which wasnt a problem for us. Great kids club and entertainment.The pool areas are ideal, plenty of smaller pools for younger kids with plenty of pool side beds. Bars next to every pool which ofter all drinks and self service coffee and ice cream machines. Staff are very friendly and helpful and also offer table service when watching the entertainment in the evening which was ideal.Nothing to do with the hotel but beach area is nice and clean. clear blue sea and no sea weed as they rake every 2 weeks i guess. The sun beds are abit pricey 4 beds for 29 euros. Theres a glass bottom boat trip 5 mins walk away. If you like exploring there's alot of rent a car or bike shops even electric bicyles where you could follow an red cycle path which follows the coast line.We had such an amazing holiday here would definitely go back.   Avoid This Hotel – Dangerous, Lack of Air Conditioning, Rude Management and No Refunds

  We stayed at Hipotels Mediterraneo Club in Sa Coma for what was supposed to be a relaxing family week in May, but we ended up checking out after just 4 days and will never return. The hotel markets itself with air conditioning as a key feature, but this turned out to be completely misleading.The positive points first: there is plenty for children to do. The swimming pools are a big hit, there’s a decent playground, and the mini club kept our 2-year-old entertained during the day. That side of things worked well for a family with young children.Unfortunately, almost everything else fell short. The food was very average and evening entertainment was poor.The real disaster started after day 3. The hotel suddenly switched off the air conditioning system across the property despite it being over 20 degrees every day. Instead of cooling, the hotel turned on heating, leaving our room unbearably hot at night. Me, my pregnant wife and our 2-year-old son struggled to sleep at night due to having no air condition. There was a roof fan in the main bedroom but this was broken. This is false advertising – the hotel clearly states it offers air conditioning, yet they disabled it without warning based on what they claimed was a “majority” preference.I emailed the Deputy Manager, Jose Miguel Hernández, to complain and request a solution or partial refund. His response was shocking. He explained that because the weather had turned cooler, most guests wanted the AC off and heating on. He then suggested we simply leave our balcony door and windows open at night if it felt too hot. We were on the third floor with a toddler – this was an outrageous and unsafe suggestion. Not only is it a fall risk for a 2-year-old, but it would also let in flies and mosquitoes, which we already noticed in the room. He refused any refund for the remaining three nights we didn’t stay. We therefore left early and have instructed our bank to dispute the charge. I will also be reporting this to the relevant consumer authorities. When checking out, I met Jose Miguel Hernández in person. He was extremely rude, arrogant and intimidating. When I expressed how unacceptable his suggestion was regarding the balcony door with a small child present, his reply was that I “should have better control of my child.” This level of customer service is appalling and shows zero regard for guest safety or satisfaction.Included are photos from AccuWeather of how warm it was during our stay and one of the email responses I received from the Hotels deputy manager. My strong advice to anyone considering this hotel: look elsewhere. The lack of proper air conditioning in a family resort, combined with dismissive and rude management who do not prioritise guest comfort or safety, makes this place one to avoid. We will not be returning and regret the portion of our holiday wasted here.
