Location

The charming hotel is located in the outskirts of El Arenal and is separated from the stunning long, fine-sand beach by just a promenade. An abundance of shops and cultural venues are located in the immediate vicinity. 23 single rooms and 141 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Services such as a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     Do not recommend unless you have to stay in this area. It was convenient to the airport. Employees were nice and helpful. Other than that, it seemed safe, but area, hotel and clientele are rather run down. The rooms are ok and very clean, but bare bones. Bed was extremely hard, but I was able to sleep so that might be ok. Hallways feel like walls and carpet haven’t been changed since the 80s.

    Lovely, smart hotel right on the beachfront in Palma and just 10 minutes by taxi from airport. All hotel staff were lovely, friendly and efficient and hotel kept spotlessly clean. We were room only and paid separately for buffet breakfast which had great choice and only 8 euros per day. Pool area was fairly quiet, smart and great bar and meal service. Sky bar on the rooftop was lovely with fantastic views.

    I have never stayed in a 4 star hotel without a bathroom? We had a standard room with one small double bed with a toilet and shower screened off within the room? Nowhere to dress in private? Smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in with no kettle or tea/coffee facilities not even a complimentary bottle of water? Just a bar of soap on the sink & shower gel hung in the shower? Zero little touches you’d expect in a 4 star hotel! However if u just want a base camp for a beach holiday & you speak German or Dutch then this hotel is right next to the beach & location is great. Unfortunately we felt this hotel was very German & Dutch friendly NOT English even the staff didn’t speak much English which proved really difficult on the roof “Sky bar” which led to us leaving as the staff were so unhelpful up there, shame because that’s the best bit about the hotel with lots of seating & great views. Unfortunately we won’t be back to this hotel & wont be recommending it

    Everything was perfect with our stay! One of the best hotels I've ever been to. The staff were very polite and made our stay wonderful! I really recommend this place to stay in Palma de Mallorca!!! In front of the beach, hotel with great structure!!!
