Location

The hotel offers its clients a pleasant stay by the sea, thanks to its superb location on the beach front of the Playa de Palma.

Facility

Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 241 rooms, including 217 double rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) are happy to assist and advise.     The dinner buffet was very poor quality of food. Uninviting and poor taste.The evening buffet was so bad that I will not visit the hotel again. You have a long way to go in terms of appearance and taste. I would not recommend anyone to eat here!     Huge improvement needed. The rooms were rubbish, looked good but very low quality. Lacked of maintenance: the doors, cupboards and fridge were old and downgraded, they were squaling all the time, the noise from the hallway was terrible! I even had ants running through the bathroom, cupboards and floor, dealed myself with it. Cleaning was just ok, i always found hairs everyday in my bathroom even though i am bald and shaved. The only good were the kindness of the staff. It’s woth a 3 star hotel instead of 4.
