    Arrived 14th May and my partner and I had an apartment on the 3rd floor, on the pool side, with our daughter having her own room on the 6th floor. Rooms were decent, clean with cooker and fridge, and cutlery, plates and cups etc. spacious living room, with good size balcony and good shower, although be careful because the water can get very hot by itself for a few seconds then cool again so set the water balance evenly. There was a safe which we couldn't work out how to open as instructions just wouldn't work, think it needed a new battery so we just kept belongings in locked suitcases. Rented a kettle for 20 euro deposit. Read a review that housekeeping staff were tealeaves but we had no issues. We just got the room cleaned every 2nd day, but locked away belongings in cases. I left out things too and had no problems. The staff were friendly and attentive and helpful. We didn't eat in the hotel at all so cant comment on the food. Excellent location within 5 minute walk to the beach. It was quiet enough too at night but as it got busy it got a bit loud but the noise seemed to stop around 11.30. I woke a few mornings at 4 or 5 and you could hear a pin drop. The hotel has its security team and they are pretty quick to act as when we were leaving at 4am someone on an entrance balcony was playing music and the security guy shouted at them to turn it off. A lot of reviews say this is a loud hotel but they do their best to cull noise after hours, it's a big place and it's Magaluf so what do people expect. I think we got lucky we were over looking the pool so it closed early so it got quieter but the entrance side there seemed to be ya hoos or music pumping from some room for some of the time during the day. Glad we didn't get that side. When we were leaving the hotel was starting to get really busy so we were glad to be going. Don't get me wrong it's a great place to stay if your young and wanna do the strip every night but would i stay again? Dont think so, and it's not the hotels fault we had no issues with a bit of noise we just like something a bit more laid back, our party days are over. It's clean and it has everything you need in rooms, as well as it's own shop, and the staff are great, but i dont think it's a family hotel.

    Shocking Assault and Complete Lack of Support - Avoid This Hotel

    I stayed at this hotel in Magaluf with a group of friends and unfortunately, it turned into a nightmare from the very first night.One of our group was severely beaten on the hotel grounds. When we reported the incident, we received zero sympathy or assistance from the staff. Instead, hotel security came to our room, accosted us, and basically treated us as if we were the ones in the wrong. It was shocking how defensive and unhelpful they were.The Guardia Civil eventually turned up hours later. Rather than investigating what happened to my friend, they intimidated our group, threatened anyone who was trying to record video for evidence, and did nothing to help. Staff were evasive and obstructive when we asked about obtaining CCTV footage so we could actually pursue justice for the assault. It became very clear that they are under instructions not to cooperate or release any information.This whole experience felt like dealing with a coordinated effort to protect the hotel and local "authorities" at the expense of guests. It left a very bad taste – almost like a modern-day mafia setup where tourists are fair game and then treated like criminals if they dare complain or seek help after being attacked.Magaluf has a reputation, but this went far beyond what I expected. The total lack of care for guest safety and the aggressive response when something serious happens is disgraceful.Strong warning to anyone thinking of staying here: be extremely careful, especially at night on the grounds. This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had in Europe. I would not recommend it to anyone.
