Location

    Beautiful hotel . Lovely location with less than 1 minute walk into sea so was perfect to go between sea, pool and rooftop all day long . spotlessly clean . Really hard working and friendly staff. Rooftop bar and pool was fabulous , v quiet and stunning views - we loved it ! breakfast had everything you could possibly want . Bus into palma 2 mins walk which was so easy to make trip into palma . transfer to airport less than 10mins . Overall a great choice of hotel and defo would stay here again .

    We stayed at this hotel with our 1-year-old baby after specifically requesting rooms next to our parents over a month in advance to help with childcare during the stay.When we arrived on Saturday, we were told the hotel had no record of our booking and that there were no rooms available until Tuesday — leaving us without accommodation for 3 nights. The receptionist was extremely unhelpful and unapologetic. After 45–60 minutes of arguing and several phone calls, a room suddenly became available, but it was a downgrade from what we had originally booked. With a small baby and no alternative, we had no choice but to accept it.Our parents experienced similar issues. They had booked a pool-view room but were given a street-view room instead and told they would need to move rooms on Tuesday. Despite our request to stay near each other, they were placed on a different floor.Management were no better. There was no apology, accountability, or effort to properly resolve the situation. We were repeatedly told they “wouldn’t know availability until Tuesday,” which is hard to believe for a functioning hotel. The only solutions offered involved us moving rooms multiple times during our stay — exactly what we were trying to avoid with a baby.When we asked for compensation for the downgraded rooms and terrible experience, management flatly refused. Requests for food credit or even use of the pool beds were treated as unreasonable. Their only gesture was offering a so-called “premium room,” which was essentially the same room with robes, slippers, and a coffee machine — useless for a family with a small child.To make matters worse, our room keys stopped working and we were told it was because additional taxes needed to be paid — more charges on top of an already awful experience.What makes this even more frustrating is that around 40 of our friends and family were also staying at the hotel, bringing them significant business. Even worse, family members arriving on Tuesday were given pool-view rooms, despite us being repeatedly told none were available.The entire experience was filled with incompetence, poor communication, and dishonesty.Do not stay here.

    The hotel was very clean and the overall state was great. The beds were especially good. The pool was very nice and complements to the staff they're all real nice and speak multiple languages.Also there was a real extensive breakfast.I can recommend this hotel to anyone.     A Hotel with very nice surroundings, but the hotel it self have a lot to improve. Front desk is one worst we have meet. Stay about 80-90 nights per year at hotel’s but never been treated so bad as at this hotel. The cleaning lady wakes up you to make cleaning. Never ever have any cleaning staff knocked at 8:45 a Sunday morning to clean the room. Happened also other mornings. The cleaning is also not the best. They served very bad coffee every morning at the breakfast. A 4-star hotel must have better quality at coffee. Otherwise the breakfast is very various and good. Dinner themes is also very good. The rooms are big enough and nice, but the balcony is not nice for people with fear of heights since the balcony have glass front. Outside area round the pool is very nice and clean. Only minus is the very confused staff as serving guests around the pool area. They seems not have any control. Walking around like crazy chickens.
