Location

The hotel is located in Puerto Pollensa, directly on a sandy beach. The closest cities are Alcudia (8 km) and Pollensa (7 km). The hotel is also within easy reach of city centre, bus stops, bars, restaurants and shops. Distance from the hotel to: disco (700 m), Cap de Formentor (17 km), PMI airport (70 km), Es Calvari Pollensa (8 km), S'Albufereta (4 km) and Cala Sant Vicenç (9 km).

Facility

116 rooms, including 20 suites, 11 single rooms and 74 double rooms, are available to guests in a 4-storey main building and a 5-storey auxiliary building. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided to guests. Guests can get more information about excursions at the tour desk. 2 lifts and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.     I am a regular visitor to the Uyal hotel, and its a pleasure to see how well maintained everything is. All the sunlounger chairs and beds, seem brand new, totally replaced, refreshed Spoilt for choice with breakfast and dinner menu. The soothing live classical guitar playing at breakfast was beautiful..As usual the staff work tirelessly to keep everyone happy. The hotel is maintained to the highest level and keeps getting better.     A peaceful and relaxing oasis in Pollença

    We loved the view from room 403. Hotel breakfast was top class- staff were so helpful and professional Cristina , at reception, was brilliant and the one day tour to Palma she suggested was so worth doing. Room was cleaned daily and we would return in a heart beat.     Exceptional hotel with great staff everywhere. The weather was great so the sun deck was our daily place, fabulous view of the bay.     Another wonderful stay at the Uyal Hotel.

    Another wonderful stay at the Hotel Uyal. The staff and service are what make this hotel so very special. A big thanks to Juan who works at the bar and also to the lovely Kristina on reception and not forgetting Maria in the restaurant 😀 Nothing is too much trouble and they always have a smile on their face and go out of their way to look after you during your stay. A big thanks to Daniel the Restaurant Manager who looked after me. I can highly recommend this hotel for solo Travellers, couples and families. Everyone is well catered for here. I was really looked after on this solo trip and cannot wait to return.     Beach in front of hotel. Pool and loungers/seating with beach view. Restaurants and town within easy walking distance. Super friendly, helpful staff. Excellent accommodation. What’s not to like?!
