Location

The hotel is just 1.5 km from the port of Pollenca and within a few minutes of the new bypass through the beautiful and peaceful area of Bóquer. It is only 15 minutes on foot via the gorgeous pedestrian seaside walkway. Guests will find the apartments 7 km from the historic village of Pollenca and 45 minutes by car from the capital, Palma de Mallorca, with its international airport.

Facility

21 apartments and 3 studios are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the apartment hotel include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.     Beautiful Illa D’Or

    This was our second stay in the last 12 months at the beautiful Illador hotel in Puerto Pollensa.The hotel overall is charming.From the moment you enter the foyer you feel totally relaxed and welcomed .I cannot praise the hospitality of the staff enough…in reception they are extremely attentive to your needs, always polite and smiling.The restaurant and bar staff are equally as friendly and the service is excellent.The breakfast is buffet style with coffee served at your table.There is such a choice of hot/cold foods to suit everyone and all nationalities.Truly fantastic and presented to an excellent standard…we looked forward to it every morning.You are greeted every morning before being seated which is a nice touch .The room we stayed in was a double with a balcony.It was modern , super comfy beds and the best shower! The maids worked really hard, daily cleaning and changing towels in the room .The location of the hotel is stunning , positioned on the sea front where you can relax with a drink whilst listening to some local musicians that entertain the guests a few times in the week.It is in the quieter end of Puerto Pollensa where you can choose to enjoy a walk to the centre along the Pine Walk soaking in the views of the bay .     A stunningly beautiful Hotel

    We booked the Illa D’or 9 months ago for our April 2026 stay as it was recommended in The Telegraph. From start to finish we were blown away by the warmth and dedication of the staff, glamorous location, wonderful service and delicious food. We stayed on a sea view balcony room and opening the doors to the balcony for the first time, the view took our breath away. The location of the hotel on the Pine Walk is great. Our room had a very comfortable bed, great lighting and plug points. Plenty of wardrobe space and a good ensuite with very large shower. Lighting was good. The public areas are beautifully presented and the overall hotel architecture is beautiful. We were on a half board basis and very happy that we chose this. Breakfast choice was the best we had ever encountered. A help yourself to fruit, yogurts, juice, pastries, meats and cheese and a hot area where you could choose to have poached eggs or omelette cooked for you. The wonderful Marie Joseph took tea/coffee orders. Evening meal menu was different every night in the 1929 restaurant. I think it repeats weekly as we were staying 9 nights so we recognised some of the dishes on our 8th night. Quality was exceptional and many hotel guests dine in. Also we ate on night at the Terrasse Restaurant which is outside overlooking the sea. The meal was outstanding. We had Chateaubriand steak which was so tender and very reasonably priced compared to UK. We enjoyed drinks at the Terrace Bar every night. Prices again very reasonable. Particular mention to the wonderful bar staff and in particular to Toni who worked the restaurant and bar and Josephina who are such lovely young people, engaging in conversation and interest in the guests. We were blessed by great weather allowing us to sea swim and use the pools. The indoor spa pool is lovely too. One more big thank you to Alba on reception who assisted us in taxi ordering and when were we stranded by out Jet2 transfer back to the airport not turning up so organised a taxi very quickly and calmly.
