  We stayed for a week. Nice room, all very clean with balcony overlooking the strip and some sea view.Breakfast was good and included in the price. Lovely pool.All staff friendly.Only down side’s / constructive criticism:-No lift so getting heavy luggage up two floors isn’t easy.Bathroom has no acoustic privacy. We could he next door going to the toilet very clearly.No safe in room (only found out later in the week they there were safety deposit facilities in reception.Overall, very good value, comfortable and clean, and we would stay again

  Stayed for a week staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming except lady who served breakfast. 2 flights of stairs to climb with suitcases no lift. Room smelt unpleasant of damp or mould. No safe for valuables very flimsy lock on patio door. The air conditioning was very poor and no extractor in the very small bathroom. The breakfast was poor hardy any choice although the staff offer to cook eggs or omelette. As a basic base it eas ok but wouldn't stay there again.

  Perfect location for this amazing hotel!

  Incredible hotel! We stayed at Hotel Panorama in June 2024 and did not know if what to expect. We had a very late arrival but the check in instructions were very clear from the hotel so we were in our room in no time. The next morning we had breakfast which was included in the price. This consisted of a lovely continental spread with fresh croissants & pain aux chocolates, Spanish tortilla, range of meats & cheeses, different cereals and milks. Along with this, you can asked for a cooked option, which is over and beyond. I don’t think it’s necessary as the offering is so good - you should charge for the cooked option. The coffee machine at breakfast was the best coffee we had on the island!! The hotel have been in business since 1978 so they know what they are doing. The whole service is spot on. Rooms were clean, towels changed daily and rooms serviced. Even the Elvis impersonator didn’t bother us as he was awful. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone for location to Port de Pollença, it’s a 10 minute walk to the centre and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Spar supermarkets are just a 1 minute walk away. Location is perfect, staff are lovely, hotel is incredible. We will be back soon! Gracias Don Miguel!

  Wonderful week in the sun

  A quiet family run small hotel, situated 5 minutes from beach. Staff very welcoming and helpful! Pleasant area to eat for breakfast ranging from continental to cooked breakfast. Rooms clean and a nice balcony to sit out on. Well recommended if you want a small friendly hotel.

  My elderly parents in law recently stayed in the Panorama. They are both in their eighties and need assistance. Miguel ensured they got a first floor apartment, let us know that they had arrived and checked in and also sorted out the printing of their boarding passes for their flight home. They had a wonderful time there and we were so happy to have a contact in the hotel who would keep an eye on them for us. It made a huge difference and we will be forever thankful.
