  Booked my family in as our accommodation had an early check out time and our flight was very late that night, perfect place to shower and nap. The receptionist was so kind and accommodating. Room basic but clean and bathroom perfect

  Great location and nice rooms, breakfast was good and abundant, beach towels, umbrellas and buoyants are available. The best thing, however, was the staff. Very polite, friendly, nice and overall really helpful. The owner is a very good person.Would definitely recommend.

  Hostal Lido located very close to the beach and to the airport. Owner and his team was very friendly and communicable. There are a lot of Fotos of owner with famous for all players and in the evenings team of the hotel watchs football. So if you are a football fun it's a place for you. The room was clean and cosy. Every day personal changed towels and did cleaning. Also there is free sun umbrella and beach towels.One day we offered breakfast and it was really good. Thank you!   Mixed feelings

  We arrived at the Hostal Lido for a one-night stay since it is close to the airport. If arriving by car, there is free parking in the streets. The Hostal has two entrances, so if you stop at the one that is not used, there is one around the corner. The gentleman at the reception desk was nice. Check in was smooth. He didn’t tell us, however, that when leaving the property, you have to leave your room key at reception and then claim it again. The room was very basic. No A/C, but there was a fan. The balcony is about 2m away from the neighboring building, almost no privacy. The bathroom was clean. The thing that shocked us was when we pulled back the covers, the sheets weren’t pressed and gave the impression that they had been slept in. I didn’t complain because frankly we were tired and had to get an early morning start. I would like to give the operator the benefit of the doubt and assume the sheets were washed and dried in a dryer, therefore, crinkled. The noise from the main street is not too disturbing. What was an experience was the argument from the neighboring unit: yelling, screaming, not an ideal situation. There was no apology from the staff when checking out. Overall, I would rate this property as not worth the 80 ear per night that we paid. Please allow us to explain: The hotel has 2 entrees, the main one is open 24h and a second one is opened occasionally. You can park your cars for free in the streets around the hotel. To maintain the eco-friendly zone, we do not have air conditioning and use fans. Our rooms are either on the street or towards the courtyard in front of apartments. If the noise is too disturbing, you could have informed us about it, and we would have gladly changed your room. The advantage of the streets on the courtyard is that they are less noisy. Our sheets are carefully washed but not ironed. It is quite usual, like most hotels in Mallorca, some guests are noisy. We do everything in our power to calm them, but sometimes the damage is already done. Once again, we appreciate your feedback.We also hope to welcome you in the future.   This nice hostal is a perfect place to stay if you don't want to pay too much but still have good rooms. The staff is very friendly you have free wifi and it's 1 minute away from everything.
