This family-friendly city hotel is situated in a peaceful residential area of Palma de Mallorca, and is some 3 km from the sea. The Plaza de España is roughly 5 minutes away.     A lovely hotel. Very convenient to everything. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

    Certainly not a five star hotel, but certainly five star value for money.Conveniently located a 15 minute walk from Placa Espanya, and providing everything you need (including breakfast, refrigerator and air conditioning), this is excellent value for money. Staff were efficient and friendly, and the included breakfast was better than expected.Will definitely be back.

    Very comfortable bed, super clean. Walls are a bit thin but I cannot say I had problems sleeping. Room cleaned well daily, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was well worth the price (even if it was mostly fruits, toast, yoghurt and sweets like cake, pastries). Recently done up, and not far from the centre with several bus services close by and a nice pedestrian area with eateries close by. Excellent budget stay but also comfortable

    Arrived at this hotel reception with 4 men who all looked like someone had taken their toys away, the person who served me treated me like he was doing me a favour letting me stay there.I booked a single room, and they gave me a room with 3 beds in which turned out later to be in my favour. The first bed, I was sinking into the mattress, the second bed was newer and perfect, the third was a camp bed type.The room was a descent size, bathroom with a walk-in shower, wardrobes, strong box, small fridge, little balcony with city view, old Grundig TV with no international channels.The big surprise was the floor moving, the vinyl floorboards have not be fitted correctly and slide when you walk on them.Service.A little unfriendly attitude.Ask for ‘Alarm Call’ It never happened.Good Points:Perfectly situated to discover the city of Palma.Room Bad Points:Very old, tired and needs some TLC.Beds all different shapes and sizes.Bedside lights blown.Room windows so dirty, you needed to open them to see outside.Various human hairs on the shower floor.Hairdryer blocked with dust and dirt.Mechanical sinks plug not working, shaved with a running tap.Loose floor, tricky with a drink.Could be a nice hotel for a 2 star, just needs a lot more attention to detail and maybe new management.

    It doesn’t even deserve 1 star….If you want to sleep don’t stay there… the hotel is not soundproofed so you can hear everything from the other rooms. A lot of extremely noisy guests… screaming, running on the hallways smashing doors, moving furniture around the rooms all day and especially at nights… We were completely disgusted and disappointed with this hotel…..The staff doesn’t do anything against noisy guest. And another amazing thing… our room was constantly smelling like cigarettes …Worst hotel we have ever stayed in!!!!!!
