This hotel lies just a few paces from the nearest beach in the tourist centre of Palma Nova. The resort centre lies close by and offers a selection of bars, restaurants and shopping venues. Links to the public transport network are to be found about 35 m from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 218 rooms, including 109 double rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). The freshwater pool complex includes indoor and outdoor pools, which are in part heated, as well as a children's swimming area. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, squash, yoga, callisthenics and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the hotel, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon, massage treatments and a solarium. Entertainment options and leisure facilities include an entertainment programme and live music.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include half board and all-inclusive. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Great holiday in this lovely and very well located hotel.The staff were excellent, very friendly and so willing to help. We arrived at 02.50 hrs and there was a meal waiting for us in the dining room; so welcome after a long trip. The atmosphere around the hotel was cheerful and relaxed. Being adult only made a difference. Our room was great, an excellent view of the sea made mornings a pleasure. The cleaners were great, cleaned every day with fresh towels and laundry too.Ana in the dining room was an absolute joy, happy, cheery and so friendly. We felt like family from day 1.The hotel was pretty quiet despite being so close to the road.Amenities were plenty too. Great pool, lovely jacuzzi and lots of sunbeds!!Would definitely go back there again.Thank you Agua Beach we had an amazing time ❤️

    Very disappointed with our stay. This hotel advertises itself as a 4-star adults-only hotel, however there were children staying there, which was frustrating as we specifically booked it for our friends hen do.Things only got worse from check-in. We waited around 5 hours before finally getting our room. When we eventually arrived, the cleanliness was shocking. The bedsheets were yellow, there was blood on the cushions, hairs on the mattress, a used razor left in the bathroom, hair in the plug hole, and dirty glasses left in the room. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming to be 4-star.When we contacted staff to report the issues, they were incredibly rude and unprofessional. Staff were laughing down the phone while we were trying to complain. We then went to reception in person and were constantly talked over, ignored, and met with eye-rolling and rude attitudes.We were eventually moved to another room, but that room smelled strongly of sewage and dirty drains. After complaining again, the receptionist came up but simply shrugged her shoulders and shook her head as if she didn’t care or want to help.We finally asked to speak to the manager, and after everything we experienced, the only apology offered was a bottle of Prosecco. When we explained over the phone that this was not an acceptable apology after paying £450 for a 3-night stay, we were told, that’s all we are offering you.Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. Poor cleanliness, poor customer service, and definitely not the 4-star adults-only experience advertised.     This is a really lovely hotel, the room was lovely, the only two things that let it down was the shower curtain and shower, if that was updated it would have been perfect, and the mattress was foam which was slightly uncomfortable it felt like you was sliding off. The breakfast on the first day was very tasty and lots to choose from we was impressed, but the rest of the holiday the hot food was cold which was a shame. The staff were extremely kind and helpful and we especially loved the lady in the breakfast area but we didn’t get her name unfortunately. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely come back

    18 mature “boys” on a golf trip. Good location, friendly and service-minded staff. A little hassle at check-in, but it was fixed after a while. Opened for breakfast 1/2 hour earlier than usual as we played golf early. Maybe it's a little late to open for breakfast, at 8:00🤷🏼‍♂️? We'd love to come back
