Location

The hotel is located in the residential area of de Bonanova with a splendid view of the wonderful bay of Palma and the buzzing harbour. It takes just a few minutes to reach the shopping area of Paseo Maritimo and the well known Centro Comercia Porto Pi with its multiplex cinemas, restaurants, bowling alley, gym and scores of shops. It is well worth taking a stroll throw Bellver castle's forest or taking an excursion to the Genova caves or the Miró Foundation. The Old Town is 2.5 km away and is easily reached by bus. There is a taxi rank directly in front of the hotel and it is a mere 8 km to Palmas International airport. There are 2 Nautic Club golf courses as well as the town hall, several museums, beaches, hospitals, historical monuments and cycle paths all within 5 km of the hotel.

Facility

18 junior suites, 9 suites, 19 single rooms and 180 double rooms are available to guests in a 9-storey main building and a 4-storey auxiliary building. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. A garage is available for parking. Other services include medical assistance, a transfer service, an alarm call service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service. Bicycle storage is also available. Lectures, presentations and meetings can be held in one of the 5 conference rooms.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk or, for an additional fee, a minibar are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a TV, a plug adapter and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A selection of pillows ensures a comfortable stay. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a whirlpool bath. A hairdryer and a telephone are available for daily use. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Wheelchair-accessible rooms can also be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

On hot days, guests can go for a refreshing dip in one of the 2 outdoor pools. Sun loungers and parasols the sun terrace complete the holiday. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking, Nordic walking and jogging are available. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, billiards and yoga. A dance club and a casino are also options for entertainment.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant (with high chairs), a café and a bar. Bed and breakfast can be booked. At breakfast, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet. Various dishes can be ordered à la carte for lunch and dinner. The hotel also offers snacks.

    The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Waking up in the morning to the beautiful breakfast and view was an amazing experience. Everything was organized perfectly, and the atmosphere was very relaxing.     Good location for price - short walk (albeit down quite a few steps so if mobility issues may be an issue but you can also take the road) takes you to Porto Pi shopping mall which also has a huge supermarket (Carrefour) in the basement. Walking distance to Cala Major beach (about 35 mins maybe) but you will need to cross/ walk by dual carriageway but still very easy. The immediate local area is pretty commercial but a beach is never that far. 15 min Uber from Airport/ 10 from centre of Palma. Lovely, friendly staff. They have a room you can leave luggage in on last day free of charge if you have a late flight like we did. They said ‘this is your home until you leave’ which was really appreciated. The hotel was very quiet when we stayed (mid week) but was getting busier as we left. Common areas are spacious and clean. Pool was lovely and plenty of sunbeds/ seating. Room was just what we needed - we had a basic suite for 4 of us and was spacious enough with large terrace. Views of harbour but obstructed by lots of buildings but not an issue for us. Great views from top terrace across harbour and to La Seu. Would definitely stay again.     The first room i was allocated was very basic with no balcony - so i paid at Reception to upgrade to a suite at a very reasonable price. The suite had amazing views over the marina of Palma and also a jacuzzi - so was well worth the money. Porto Pi shopping centre is only a few mins walk away for shopping and eateries. The actual centre of Palma is a good walk or taxi ride away. Breakfast can be taken on the terrace and is also doubles as a pleasant bar area later in the day. I stayed here for 2 nights prior to joining a Cruise Ship.     We stayed here in December for a quick 2 nights away for my partners birthday. The hotel could not have done enough for us. Great , clean and comfortable room. We had a sea view balcony room. The staff were so friendly and helpful. A taxi from Palma at night was about €8-10. The stairs from Porto Pi to the hotel are not for the faint hearted. Regular No2 bus 5 mins from the hotel goes straight in Palma. A highly recommended 3 star hotel.     Very comfortable room, great service provided by the staff, and a very nice pool area and view.The breakfast was not everything we had hoped, and the drinks served by the pool was sub par, hence 1 star short of "perfection".
