Location

This comfortable beach hotel is located in a modern and elegant complex, surrounded by pines and next to the natural park of Cala Agulla. 20 metres away guests will find public transport. A short walk (about 50 metres away) is the beautiful turquoise blue water beach, Cala Agulla. In the immediate vicinity are a variety of shops, as well as numerous bars and restaurants and nightclubs. The picturesque port and the centre of the beautiful city, which people should visit, is about 800 metres away. The airport is 80 km from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel was modernised in 2021. 212 rooms, including 18 single rooms, are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a car hire service, medical assistance, room service (for a fee) and a laundry service. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service (for a fee). Bicycle storage is also available. A business centre with projector and a flip chart and pens is available.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. For young travellers, children's beds can be provided. There is also a safe and a minibar for an additional fee. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and a vanity mirror are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. A gym and table tennis or, for a fee, billiards, are among the sport and leisure options available. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a hammam, a beauty salon and hydrotherapy treatments and, for an additional fee, massage treatments and a solarium. Entertainment options and leisure facilities include a kids' club and live music.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a café and a lobby bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. Catering options include half board and full board. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for lunch). Special culinary options, such as vegetarian dishes, are also available. The chefs prepare delicious specialities during the show cooking. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Beautiful hotel in Cala agulla , elegant , comfy with all comforts . Rooms very nice , top food , staff always gentle and smiling, amazing swimming pool plus spa for adults and kids . New gym . And just 2 minutes from the beach and all shops close by . Special thanks to the guys francorosso always present .     Hotel is well situated and nice. Staff is friendly. Desaponted by the food , never experienced such low quality food in a 4 stars hotel in Mallorca . I hope the management will take action as this would be the only reason why I wouldn't come back .     The hotel is nice the employees are kind. I only have two problems. The wifi connection was weak in most of the hotel. And the food in the buffet t was mediocre at best one of the worst I’ve had in a 4 star hotel especially in Mallorca.     Above expectationsIt was our first time in Mallorca and we were trying to pick a nice and calm hotel close to the beach. Finally,  we were lucky with our choice.The receptionist, Helene welcomed us professionally and the check-in went fast and smooth, thank you for that, dear Helen.The room is nicely furnished and fitted for the needs of the guests. We loved the design and the small but very important details, e.g. lights in the bathroom, an extra switch for the A.C. installed in the bed, extra clothes-drying rod on the balcony, just to name some.Regarding F&B:We booked half board. The dining area offers enough space, different options (indoor and outdoor).The service is buffet style.Regarding food:The buffet offers a lot of choice and different options. Since I am vegan/vegetarian, I'm a bit picky regarding food, but I only had 1-2 nights where I was not that happy with the options presented. For meat lovers, as per my impression, there is a wider choice, especially at breakfast and regarding side dishes at dinner. Input: It would be nice to prepare the side dishes, e.g. spaghetti or fried rice without meat, so it would be suitable for most of the guests.The service is friendly and they give special attention for children.Facilities:The hotel has a big pool, which we did not use, but the wellness and fitness area properly met our needs. I liked that the gym is divided in 2 areas (cardio and muscle building).The staff is very friendly, they even remembered my birthday and surprised me with balloons and a voucher for the spa.Overall, we were happy with our stay there and would recommend it.     Lacking for a 4 star property

    Stayed for 8 days with family. A few things were too bad to oversee and have an enjoyable experience:1. NO WIFI This is a must when the majority of your guests are international. Completely unacceptable 2. HORRIBLE COFFEEWhen not providing a kettle with tea/coffee facilities, at least clean your coffee machines or fill it with proper coffee beans to have a drinkable cup of coffee3. HIGH FEES TO PLAY TENNISConsidering it’s summer and all 1000 of your tennis courts aren’t in use, perhaps lower the price or provide the tennis rackets complimentary?4. NO WATERSince there’s no water in the rooms (!!!) don’t force your guests to go to the supermarkets downstairs to buy water. Looks very cheap to see everyone doing it as it’s so overpriced in the restaurants5. NOT ENOUGH POOL BEDSRooms with beds/terrace doesn’t have umbrellas and there’s not enough beds at the pool, so everyone wakes up at 6am to lay their towels and book it and even when the leave for lunch they leave it there (management should look into that).
