Units include 88 junior suites, 2 suites and 264 double rooms located in a 4-storey main building and a 12-storey auxiliary building. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (for a fee). Further services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, an alarm call service and a laundry service. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service (for a fee). Bicycle storage is also available. A business centre with projector and a flip chart and pens is available. The conference room is available for conferences, lectures and meetings.

Rooms

Plenty of active recreation awaits guests in the pool area's 2 outdoorpools. No matter the weather, swimming is always a possible in the indoor pool. There is also a special swimming area just for kids. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Parasols on the terrace are also available. Leisure activities available at the hotel include a gym, table tennis, a spa, a sauna and hammam. In addition, massage treatments is offered by third-party operators. Evening entertainment includes live music.

Meals

There is a restaurant on the premises. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and all-inclusive. Special extras await all-inclusive holidaymakers, such as non-alcoholic beverages and snacks, for example. Gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes, lactose-free food and vegan food can be prepared on request. For an extra fee, alcoholic beverages are available.

    What an absolute gem of a hotel. Not only is this hotel immaculate and beautifully decorated but the food!!!! The live cooking, the service, the way the housekeeping staff don't scream at each other from down the hall, they are very quiet and very polite. We have come for a week. Been here 3 days and already booked a week next year for my birthday. It's absolutely amazing 😍!!     Delightful November Stay

    The location is fabulous! Right in front of the beach. We stayed at the top floor with an amazing ocean view. The staff was delightful, from front desk to housekeeping. Everybody was making sure we were well taken care of. The amenities were very nice. We enjoyed the indoor pool, the saunas, and the jacuzzis. We recommend this place 10/10!     My stay was amazing. Our room was beautiful and the food was very good! Decor is so modern and pretty 🤩 Checking in and out was simple with the help of the friendly staff at front desk and they even let us store our luggage after check out due to a late flight !     Hi there, my room was a suit, very comfortable and a great view of the Bay of Palma. The room was quiet and sunny and very clean.The restaurant was not too busy which ment o did not have to wait long for my food selection. Breakfast was excellent with loads to choose from.I stayed 3 nights and was on business during the day.
