    Stayed 4 nights with my 17yr old daughter. Really gorgeous boutique hotel in good location in central Palma. Small but perfectly formed rooftop area with plunge pool and fab views over the city. What makes this hotel particularly special is the staff - every single staff member we encountered was so warm & helpful, they seemed to genuinely care about giving guests a 5 star experience.     Great girls long weekend away. Hotel Basilica is just what we were after! Fab central location, gorgeous rooms (very stylish and comfortable), adorable staff that went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect for us. The rooftop pool and terrace were what we needed to cool down and relax at the end of the day.We would highly recommend and hope to be back soon.     Took the bus from the airport, 10mins journey and a 10min walk from the bus stop, really lovely welcome with refreshing and beautiful looking lobby/hotel.Rooms were lovely and well spaced, lovely looking and a view of the church right beside us.Room with breakfast was priced well, especially for Mallorca, hotel was always being cleaned but the cleaners were never in the way, always so helpful.Hotel was very quiet and when leaving the hotel there were two quiet plazas at each side.Great breakfast variety and room had a coffee machine and eater which was topped up every day, mini bar was well stocked and was free for the first time.
