Location

This hotel is located in the old centre of Cala Ratjada, about 200m from a beautiful fishing port and about 100m from the commercial centre and the nightlife of Cala Ratjada. It is situated not far from the three sandy beaches: Cala Gat is the nearest little beach that is followed by the most beautiful of the island, Cala Agulla beach, and finally Son Moll beach. Each of them has fine sand and full facilities.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 10 single rooms and 63 double rooms located in two 3-storey buildings with lifts. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     Great location 5 mins to beach and plenty shops , supermarkets and restaurants all in walking distance. Hotel I thought was needing some tlc . Food poor edible but not a great selection salad bar was always lovely but after seeing them taking it from one building to another uncovered I decided not to eat . Rooms were comfortable but cleaning was non existent made beds daily and clean towels but did not clean bathroom whole week we were there nor the floors . Staff not very cheerful. Management aggressive and was not very approachable ( had some issues with room) . Drinks finish at 10 o'clock and no entertainment. Overall despite the hotel had a great holiday went to the beach most days .I would go bad to the area but certainly not the hotel .

    Didn't mail me about a double booking and now refuse to pay me back for their mistake.

    Booked in May for one room, however the hotel decided to let me pay twice! I didn't book a double room nor did i give permission to take the money from my creditcard.     Great hotel with friendly staff. Good cleaning and a very Nice view from Out hotel. Breskfast could be better. Close to Nice restaurants, beach, store and bars. Staff was very serviceminded and helped us with whatever we asked for.     We had an amazing time here. The staff are really lovely and helpful and has a lovely bar and really nice coffee too. Our rooms were nice and comfortable and it's really near the marina with lots of bars and restaurants you'll be spoiled for choice!!!!! Loved the blue and yellow colors of the hotel which always stuck out on our return home in the evening.
