Location

This hotel is located by the Playa de Palma, in a peaceful side street. A beautiful sandy beach and the lively promenade are both located a mere 200 metres away. The centre of town with plenty of shops and entertainment venues is easily reached within a few minutes. A bus stop with regular bus connections to other places such as Palma, 11 km away, is located directly in front of the hotel.

Facility

42 single rooms and 266 double rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket.     Nice and clean bed- & bathrooms. The food was good and there was sufficient variety.There was not a lot of noise in the rooms.

    Very pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was. We went mid May so it didn’t feel very busy. Hotel was clean, staff very friendly (especially bar staff Marta and Africa). Food at the pool bar was nice and not expensive. Drinks were also very good value. 2euro for a coffee or soft drink. 3.5 euro for wine. 4euro for sangria. Rooms were nice, and had little balconies. Breakfast was very good.Outdoor pools were cold, as hadn’t had a chance to heat up yet but indoor was nice.Had a spa treatment which was also great.Good quality hotel for the price.

    Well I could give good bc in the hotel everything was good, nice rooms, very good breakfast, nice spa and swimming pool, very nice people BUT. We rented a car from the company that was suggested by the hotel, the car was robbed and our computer and headphones where stolen from the back of the car so nob ody could see that the things are there. And nobody wanted to help us in the hotel they did nothing, the only thing they did was suggesting that we should go to the police station, and the police station is closed its is being renovated, so is the other police station, you are not able to contact the police bc all the stations are being renovated. I do not expect from the hotel staff to go and find my things I do expect a little bit of help besides saying that there is no point in doing any thing because nobody would do anything. Yes the hotel is good......

    We had booked our stay through loveholidays, but unfortunately, when we arrived, there was no reservation in the hotel system (an error from the travel agency) and no available rooms, which was quite stressful as we were travelling with our child as well.Despite this, the hotel management handled the situation with outstanding professionalism and kindness. They went above and beyond to accommodate us, allowing us to check in while the issue was being resolved. Their support and willingness to help turned a difficult situation into a smooth and comfortable stay.We truly appreciated their patience, understanding, and excellent customer service. Thanks to their efforts, our stay ended up being very enjoyable. A big thank you to the entire team for their care and support.
