155 rooms, including 5 junior suites, 20 studios, 14 single rooms and 112 double rooms, are available to guests in a 6-storey main building and a 4-storey auxiliary building. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day.     Perfect location, close to supermarket, bus, beach and restaurants. Great atmosphere at the hotel and the staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were OK in standard and the bathroom was fresh. The was included in our price and was worth the money we paid extra, good variation and theme variation every day and also the standard food every day with pizza, pasta and a lot of vegetables.First time at this hotel but not the last. Great value for money.

    Fantastic few days at this wonderful hotel. Lovely staff. Great location near to beach and bus stop. Quality of food at breakfast excellent. Loved the pool area with all differences seating areas and different types loungers. Pool and snack bar great_ margarita pizza €11. Room was like an apartment which had sofa , fridge.hob, ates, kettle etc.

    First thing to mention is it's a nice hotel, with good facilities and in a good area for restaurants then beach and transport links to Palma.The bed is very comfy and I loved the pillows.The breakfast has a wide variety of choice and whilst it's very busy you don't have to wait too long to get what you need.My main gripe is door noise. All hours of the day and night people bang the bedroom doors so loud the building shakes! I'm leaving sleep deprived because of this.Management needs to address this issue asap!The hotel is very popular with German customers and most things seem to be skewed towards German tastes.There is a lot of loud talking/shouting in the corridors as people make their way to their rooms ( before they slam the door) There was a connecting door in my room which allowed me to hear everything (and I mean everything) in the room next door.The door might be slightly too low quality for sufficient privacy .A couple of shhhh signs or change the springs in the doors to be less severe might help. For the noise reason I would not return to this hotel.
