Location

This attractive beach hotel is situated in the picturesque centre of Cala Millor and lies on the popular pedestrianised area of the town. The wonderful, inviting sandy beach and the turquoise blue sea are just a few paces from the hotel (50 m) and public transport is located just a stone's throw from the hotel (around 100 m). A bus stop is also to be found nearby where guests may take a direct connection to Palma. Plenty of shops, countless restaurants, bars, pubs and nightclubs await guests close to the hotel.

Facility

10 single rooms and 98 double rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. Check-in and check-out are possible at any time at the 24-hour reception desk. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. Children can enjoy the playground. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

Rooms

Air conditioning and adjustable central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a refrigerator included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. The hotel has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. A hot tub invites guests to soothe their muscles, and a poolside snack bar will take care of any hungry bellies. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. The hotel offers a wide range of outdoor sports, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis and crazy golf. For a fee, guests can also enjoy golf. Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include a gym, table tennis and billiards. A spa and solarium are available in the wellness area. Entertainment options and leisure facilities include live music and a dance club.

Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a café and a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. Half board can be booked.     Holiday for my wife and I 2-16th May 2026 bed and breakfast only. This was our first stay at this hotel. We chose this one as hotel prices here has soared since Covid so our usual choices were too pricey. This hotel was a little cheaper and the reviews seemed fine. The good points first. The breakfast buffet was good, but a bit lacking in the fruits and nuts choices. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and the housekeeping do the rooms each day. The staff are all nice and friendly. The location is good - about half way along the main shopping area one street back from the promenade. The not so good: Our room was on the first floor. It appears these rooms are the people who take the standard room option. The room was tiny - twins beds and nothing else. No table. No chair, although the balcony had a table and 2 chairs. I doubt the room was much bigger than our bedroom at home. There was no kettle or any cuttlery or plates etc. I asked for a kettle. I asked again a day later and one did then appear. The first night was VERY loud - the area under the first floor is open and has loud music playing every night from 8:30 - around 11:45pm. I could not sleep, even with ear plugs. After a couple of nights I complained and asked to move rooms - they offered one just over the corridor from us which was pointless so I asked for a room on a higher floor (there are 7). I was told I would have to pay more so I refused. Latter in the day they came to us and moved us to floor 3 at no cost which meant a quiet remainder of the holiday (and the room was bigger and a chair). There was a little fridge in the room. We decided that we won't use this hotel again.

    I stayed at Hotel Biniamar from October 24th to 25th, and my experience was shockingly below what I had booked and paid for. I had reserved two sea-front view rooms, exactly as stated in my booking confirmation. Instead, upon arrival, I was given only one sea-front view room and one lateral sea-view room—a clear downgrade and absolutely unacceptable, especially considering the hotel was nearly empty and additional sea-front rooms were visibly available. There is simply no justification for this.As if that weren’t enough, the hotel’s website advertised a complimentary welcome bottle of wine, which was never provided in either room. Another promise not kept.Selling a specific service and then delivering something entirely different—without any notice, explanation, or apology—is unacceptable. End of season or not, treating customers with basic honesty and respect should not be optional.I naturally expect a refund or appropriate compensation, but what is even more disappointing is the management’s complete lack of communication. My emails have received no real answers—only a vague “we will investigate,” and I am still waiting for a proper response. This level of indifference is simply unacceptable.Terrible transparency, terrible customer care. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel. I certainly will not return, and I do not recommend it under any circumstance.

    Hello. We have already gone 2 years in a row. And we plan to go again next summer. The location is great. The food is delicious and varied. The beach is 1 minute away. We were very satisfied. The hotel room we were given was unique. And the cleaning was done every day, I won't tell you which room it was so you can book it for next year yourself. Thank you Biniamar.     They say that this is a 3-star but it deserves 4, because they have every single food you like! (not really) bed is very comfortable the only problem is the tv not working, the elevator is linked together which I pressed the button on the left and the right one is closer then it go down beutiful view Rosi Rodríguez, Ventas at Hotel Biniamar, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you so much for your kind words!     The people on reception were very rude not helpful at all l am disabled and needed help opening the door to get out on my hired scooter they did not like that they would not let me charge my scooter up in the hotel , did not like giving me extra pillows that l need to seat up in bed every thing l ask about or asked for was a chore the people in the bar were lovely and the food not bad a bit repetitive but ok but if you are on your own and Disabled l would not go there Rosi Rodríguez, Ventas at Hotel Biniamar, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for sharing your experience with us. First and foremost, we would like to express our sincere apologies if your stay did not meet your expectations and if you felt unsupported by our reception staff.We would like to clarify that three extra pillows were indeed brought to your room upon request. Regarding your mobility scooter, we confirmed that you were able to charge it at reception. However, as we have only one receptionist on duty and a limited number of rooms (108), it was unfortunately not always possible for her to immediately leave the desk to assist with the door.We also regret any disturbance caused by the scooter’s noise, which prompted complaints from other guests. It’s important to mention that we have previously welcomed guests with reduced mobility and scooters without these issues, so we are taking note of this to find a better solution going forward.We’re pleased you enjoyed the service at our bar and found the food satisfactory, though we understand there’s room for more variety.
