Location

This hotel is located in the tourist centre of the town, approximately 800 m from Illetas beach. Countless shopping venues, various bars, restaurants, nightclubs and links to the public transport network are to be found within 800 km of the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 138 rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     Disappointing return.

    Stayed in this hotel about 10 years ago and looked forward to coming back.Not anymore, the hotel is run like a second hand car garage, the staff that is there doesn't want to be there, the product that they sell isn't what they believe in,the whole experience was rubbish.The company says that they are proud to provide value for money???A glass of wine for almost 8 euros, the size of 1 finger in a glass stained with dirty marks in a pool bar that suddenly closed at 15.30 in the afternoon?To be told there would be no restaurant service on the Monday?? Sometimes it is not worth to go back and stay for sentimental reasons Sorry but the new company Olivia Hotels are greedy and not focused on customer service.     Good hotel for short break as close to Palma airport

    My friend and I were very impressed with this hotel very welcoming and good service . Excellent check in explained what facilities were available at the hotel and what facilities we needed to use at the sister hotel . Room fine shower a little temperamental but we managed good hairdryer and television had English channels . Towels changed daily and pool towels freely available at the pool . Safe also free . New bulb fitted to bedside light quickly . Pool and area lovely just not the most comfy sun-beds . Pool bar excellent . We ate at the sister hotel couldn't fault the food and service for drinks . Nice entertainment area too . Bus stops outside takes you to Palma 2 euros or the local beach the other way .     Not a terrible hotel, but definitely not the greatest either

    Stayed here with my mom and sister for our birthday weekend. We were hoping for a great stay, but unfortunately it didn’t meet expectations. The room wasn’t very clean — the toilet had visible mold, there was a lot of dust, and we even found hair in the shower. The hair dryer didn’t work, and when we asked for another one, the replacement smelled like it was about to burn.We went back and forth to reception several times. They mentioned we could change rooms but never actually followed through, and although they said someone would be in touch to arrange compensation, that never happened.It’s not a terrible hotel, but definitely not the greatest either — overall we left a bit disappointed.     Initially a great place to stay- until times removed from room.

    Was ready to give a raving review until items of our clothing were removed from our room and not located. Reception implied that they were likely lifted with laundry- fine- mistakes happen. No sign of items upon check out and hotel extremely unhelpful with follow up emails. They implied we had lost them or left at pool. So now branded as lost property. Except they’re not lost. They were taken from our room albeit in error. The compensation? A discount at our next stay. Not interested. So for future guests: put all your clothing away in your room- hardly relaxing.     We loved this hotel. The room was spacious, the smell throughout the hotel is lovely. The gardens are beautiful and peaceful. We played tennis each day and crazy golf and also used the spa over in the bonanza playa. However, the reception staff are abrupt and rude. This is not consistent with reception staff over in the bonanza playa, they were all friendly and helpful. We were not told by our reception staff about the facilities and found information about the spa and booking system for tennis and crazy golf from other hotel customers. Each time I needed to ask a question they were disinterested. During check out, the receptionist just stared at the computer screen and said, that's you - she did not ask if we had enjoyed our stay. The cleaners were really kind and helpful. Loved the ourdoor seating for breakfast, a lovely way to start the day.Had it not been for the poor attitude of the reception staff, I would have given 5 stars because other than them, we really loved our stay and will maybe stay again. An improvement in reception would change this from a good to a great hotel.
