    Right, second visit. 4 star is for the hard working staff. Biggest issue.... drum roll please.... Food. Breakfast good. Lunch ok. Dinner pass. Bar wait time in the evening poor. Shout out to andrea and forgive me the man who has been working there 30 odd years i cant remember your name but appreciated you remembered us.

    We had a room with a sea view which was lovely but the room itself was poorly laid out .Nowhere to put anything in the bathroom & poor wardrobe space .Food in the restruant was poor very little choice & cold .Dissappointed & would not say it was 4 star

    Hotel has just been upgraded to a 4 star on Jet 2 website and to its credit the hotel was nice and clean and a great location, they were a bit short on staff but seemed to be starting more while we were there, but the staff they had were great always helpful and having a laugh with you.The only thing wrong was the food everyone was complaining to the rep about the quality always cold and the game in the dining room was spot the meat it was nonexistent the rep did take it up with the hotel manager.I also complained to the Manager and took her into the restaurant to have a look for herself.The meat that night consisted of a ham stew which needed to be washed down with a gallon of water.Her reply was if I didn't like it I could eat chicken nuggets she was not interestedI explained that at 70 years of age I did not find it acceptable in a adult only 4 star hotel to expect clients to eat chicken nuggets ,it got know better most people were going to the restaurants close by for there evening mealsIt in my view knocked the hotel down to a poor 3 star.     If you enjoy great views and nice walks. Also some staff, working very hard to please.This is the HOTEL4YOU!If you DON'T mind luke warm food, poor selection. Bad quality meats, chicken drumsticks, neck end of lamb bones, swimming in oil and tasteless sauces. Reasonable salads and deserts. This is the HOTEL4YOU!If you don't mind paying extra extortionate prices for non basic inclusive drinks, long queues for drinks at the lounge bar.
