Location

This luxurious hotel has a quiet location, directly next to the small bathing bay of Cala Fornells. Guests will reach the beach in a number of minutes, across the small promenade. Other destinations are easily reached on public transport which leaves from directly in front of the hotel, such as Pagueras (2.5 km), the nearest shopping venues (1 km) and Son Sant Joan airport which is 35 km from the hotel.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 16 single rooms and 78 double rooms located in a 4-storey main building and a 3-storey auxiliary building. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The wide range of activities offered at the hotel ensures that there is something new to do every day, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, crazy golf and golf. With snorkelling and diving available, the hotel also caters to water sports enthusiasts. Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include a gym, billiards and yoga.     As a first timer to Mallorca, I did quite a bit of research before settling on a place to stay. Wow! This place was so special and so perfect. The hotel was gorgeous and 100% spotless. It sits right on a gorgeous cove with a small sandy beach . So beautiful - stunning. We had a deluxe Ocean View with a big patio that looked right out to the cove.The room was not large, but it worked for the two of us. Comfortable beds, nice linens. They provided big beach/pool towels which were appreciated. Great AC. Great water pressure too.The included breakfast buffet was fabulous. Fresh fruit, breakfast meats, cheezes, pastries, bread, eggs, yogurt, cereals, nuts, apricots, etc. Plenty of hot coffee and fresh juices. Wait staff so nice, and view right out to the sea was fabulous. Several evenings they had live (calm) music. Sitting outside looking at the sea with cocktails listening to music was like a dream come true. The had wonderful desk staff too.All in all, a perfect stay. I highly recommend, and would not hesitate coming back. If you are looking for wild party scene and somewhere right in town, this is not for you. It’s a beautiful (but a bit challenging) 10-15 walk to Peguera. Absolutely loved it here!

    The most beautiful terrace. A gorgeous spot in the bay to watch the world go by. Food as usual was delicious (large portions) and lovely drinks. The service there is always excellent. Great place for swimming and nice walks to other beach coves are on your doorstep.

    Probably the best hotel, the best service and the best geographical location in Mallorca. I shouldn’t give you my honest opinion because the booking list will be full and I will have a problem getting a room next vacation. Clean everywhere, wonderful beds, quiet and superb breakfast. Parking available. Pleasant and helpful staff and a wonderful sandy bay with sunbeds. I have nothing to complain about.

    Amazing hotel in Cala Fornells! We got our room early, staff were incredibly helpful with excursions and shuttle service, and the food (half-board) was fresh and delicious every day. Spotless, well-maintained, and welcoming — we absolutely loved our stay and will be back!

    This is an elegant classic hotel with wonderful Spanish charm and flair. It is immaculately clean with well appointed bedrooms having the most beautiful views of the cove and bay. Fresh water is provided daily in the room along with pool towels and there is a safe and small refrigerator. The beds are extremely comfortable and the room serviced daily. The cove in front is rocky but has a good stretch of sand and the water is a beautiful turquoise and crystal clear and clean. Great snorkeling too. Sunbeds are €6.50 eachThere is a lovely terrace for lunch and evening drinks with gorgeous views and minimal passing traffic. Great rooftop pool with the most amazing views.The food in the dining room is varied and excellent quality with plenty of choices both hot and cold at breakfast and dinner.Both buffet and a la carte are available. What makes this hotel one of the best I have ever stayed in is the truly outstanding and exceptional service. From the girls on reception who organised an extra shuttle run for me when I had to go to the pharmacy and couldn't get a taxi to the ladies who cleaned the rooms etc to the wonderful staff in the dining room. I have a severe allergy to mushrooms and the restaurant manager Josete was an absolute superstar by letting me know each evening which dishes to avoid. His kindness and helpfulness were greatly appreciated. I have stayed in many 1st class hotels both in Europe and the rest of the world but this is by far one of the best for beautiful location and superb service. I didn't want to leave and will definitely return.
