  Just returned from a short stay at the lovely CasaBlanca.My room, 516, was on the second floor and looked out onto the road. However, this didn't matter as it was still lovely and quiet.The room had a small fridge and safe both of which are free to use. There was a TV with the most English channels I've ever received whilst in Spain. The bathroom contained a bath and a shower and there was lots of hot water. The room was cleaned every day although I never saw the maid!I was half board and thoroughly enjoyed my meals. One very small issue was the fruit juice with the breakfast was very weak...hardly any taste at all. I particularly enjoyed having my meals on the covered outdoor verandah with lovely views of the surrounding area. The pool is reached by going down some stairs...there is no other way. The area itself is lovely with plenty of sun loungers available. There is also a poolside bar selling drinks.From the moment I arrived to the moment I departed, the staff were lovely to deal with. Very friendly and attentive and willing to help if needed. Reception can be used to arrange excursions too.I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a relaxing holiday. It is located within easy walking distance of Santa Ponsa's beach and many cafes and bars. There is also access to the local buses that will take you to Palma and beyond. The hotel is rated 3.5 by Jet2 but I would definitely say it is 4 star quality.

  Fabulous hotel in great location

  What a great hotel this is, tastefully modernised but still retains its Spanish charm. Everywhere in the hotel was immaculately clean. The food offering was of a good standard, we were on HB and always found something to our taste. The staff are excellent, so friendly and accommodating. The hotel is literally 5mins to the beach and resort centre, either left or right out of the main entrance. Although this is rated a 3 star hotel the cleanliness, hospitality of the staff and location is of a high 4 star rating.We will definitely be returning to this gem of a hotel.

  Lovely hotel

  We love this traditional, family run hotel in the quieter part of Santa Ponsa. The location is great, just a few minutes from the beach and a selection of bars and restaurants, but away from the congested main drag of the resort.The staff are all friendly, welcoming and happy to help, and everywhere in the hotel and grounds is kept spotlessly clean.We had a pool view room which also had a view of the sea and we could watch the sunset from the balcony, which was a real bonus. The beds were comfy and the bathroom modern with a large walk in shower which was super efficient. We were pleased with the recent addition of an inroom safe and small fridge, kettles can be hired from reception for a small charge.Always plenty of sunbeds on the sunny pool terrace, so no early morning scramble to save one! The pool bar offered a selection of simple, and reasonably priced, day time snacks and served a really excellent sangria - my favourite tipple!Food in the restaurant was fresh and tasty with plenty of choice and variety ( the only slight disappointment was the morning juice which was extremely weak and watery!) we enjoyed all our meals sitting on the terrace with a nice bottle of wine.All in all we had a lovely week and will look forward to returning for another break in the sun. Special thanks to all the staff and we hope to see you next year.

  Fab hotel and great location

  This is a lovely hotel, the rooms are slightly dated like many in Spain but it was spotlessly clean and had lovely communal areas and the pool area was a really nice place to spend the day with music playing in the background and a bar providing all types of drinks and a large selection of hot snacks and bar meals which were reasonably priced.Every member of staff participated in keeping the hotel clean from the receptionist Yanis who would mop the reception area if it wasnt spotless to the lifeguard who would prune the trees and sweep up just to make things look perfect.The location is superb just a couple of minutes to the beach and bars/restaurants.The breakfast was plentiful, delicious and piping hot. Only suggestion would be to include hashbrowns.The rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels, the room always smelt fresh when.we went back after a day out. Manuela our maid was incredible, she was an older lady but worked so hard keeping everything pristine.There is a mini fridge in the room which is great, a suggestion that perhaps a bottle of water could be provided in the fridge on arrival.Our room had a pool and sea view so worth paying a little extra to wake up to that each morning.A special thanks to Yanis on reception for all her help, she works so hard and does everything with a smile and is always very helpful and to Manuela who looked after us during our stay and made sure our room was always clean and fresh.We will definitely return to Casablanca.

  Fantastic hotel - should be 4 stars! Would re-visit.

  Great hotel with no faults. The hotel is in an ideal location - a very short walk to the main Santa Ponça beach, bars, shops and restaurants. There is also a small, quiet cove (Es Caló d’en Pellicer) just a 12 minute walk away if you prefer smaller beaches like we do. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly - particularly Rosa on reception who helped me organise a birthday surprise for my partner. The chef at breakfast always brought lots of cheerful energy to start our day and the breakfast was lovely. We had incredible views - I really recommend paying extra for the pool view as you can also see the see. We were fortunate enough to be in a room with a dual aspect balcony meaning we could see both sunrise and sunset. I would say the hotel is perfect for couples or families with slightly older children and there were always sun loungers available - even if you arrived at the pool later in the day so no need for the 7am towel rush. The hotel was always clean and there are facilities for you to leave your cases/freshen up while you’re waiting to check in (or once you have checked out). There is a hotel carpark but this was full during our visit however, we always managed to find a parking space nearby. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
