  Great hotel to bring your kids to plenty to do with your children, breakfast was grand for the price we paid we like to go out and eat so we didn’t get all inclusive, room was grand for the price, pull out couch for kids and a toilet a balcony. The staff on arrival were so funny and fab my kids loved them, rooms were cleaned everyday definitely could recommend Hotel Club Es Talaial, Atención al cliente/recepción at Hotel Club Es Talaial, responded to this review Thank you so much for your lovely review.   Photos misleading.Tennis court a third of the size of a standardAll pools close at 6pm even the rooftop adults only which is 1 foot deep,1ft wide and 5 feet long-they shout at you to leaveTable tennis tables all broken and bentIf you go self catering you cant pay to eat or drink anywhere without chaos Kettle melted when switched onTook 4 days into a 7 night stay to get a cup and spoon to use for the unknown melted kettleCleaners bang heavily on the doors at 8amToilets in both apartments barely worked Amazing location just stay somewhere else Hotel Club Es Talaial, Atención al cliente/recepción at Hotel Club Es Talaial, responded to this review We are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations.   This hotel will kick you onto the street if you like to have a drink and party!!! BEWARE

  Cant fault the hotel itself , great staff , and entertainment staff amazing also , nice rooms but air-conditioning blew out warm air , also our holiday was Ruined as the management kicked out my family members for getting drunk , he was kicked onto the streets with nowhere to go and no money!! He was so rude! And gave my brother an hour to leave hotel or he would call the police ! Everyone we met was shocked that he got kicked out as he was just having a good time on a holiday like every one else ! And its hes not the 1st person hes kicked out so if you like to enjoy yourself in the evening dont come here , he even got in trouble for dancing at the evening entertainment, that was the last straw for the management, ruined our holiday and its disgusting that this can happen , VILE management!!!!!

  Awful stay !

  Booking this as a last minute deal myself and my family were very much looking forward to a break away... to our dismay I would of preferred to stay home if I knew how bad this holiday would of been. I was very open minded that I was paying for a 3* hotel and was not expecting anything fancy however cleanliness was definitely something that was projected from the photos on the website, Facebook group and trip advisor however this was so far from the truth ! The room we had was absolutely filthy, a really bad infestation of ants, very tired and grubby looking. When speaking with the hotel about the ants I was assured the problem would of been dealt with and gave them the chance to rectify the issue with the ants (granted I had only booked a 3* hotel) multiple trips to the reception and the ants still hasn't been resolved requested a room change and the manager refused as he couldn't see the problem with the room ! I was told it was very common in this country to have ants as its a warmer climate! Granted this maybe the case but when theres an infestation of them the room my children was sleeping in made me feel very uncomfortable! The smell of damp and mould was horrendous again made the manager aware of my sons asthma and didnt want him staying in this room was declined to have our room changed ! I then contacted easy jet who were very helpful and contacted the hotel on my behalf to change our room which we were very grateful of to enjoy the rest of our stay. However, when speaking to easy jet they advised me that I was offered a new room straight away this was not the case, and the manager also advised easy jet that I hadnt mentioned the damp and my sons asthma which again was another lie! The room we stayed in was very dirty and had an awful problem with damp which is such a shame as the rest of the hotel was lovely. Very basic but clean in communal areas, good entertainment for the children during the day all staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely location, beach across the road and the train stops right outside the hotel. However the rooms most definitely need modernising the food is very repetitive and limited choice (we had to eat out a couple of times) the snack bar was great for the kids, self serve drinks and slush was definitely a big hit with the children. Would I come here again absolutely not ! Probably one of the worst places I have stayed with the level of cleanliness of the room and awful food with the all-inclusive how people book this hotel year after year I dont know ! We met another welsh family here during our stay and we both agreed its like butlins abroad so if you like cheap, dirty place to stay this is your go too ! I felt the reviews were very mixed about coming here so was prepared to give it a go as we are not a fussy family and I reiterate I know I booked a 3 star but this hotel definitely does not deserve the 3 star more of a 2 star with the room cleanliness and food #avoid# Hotel Club Es Talaial, Atención al cliente/recepción at Hotel Club Es Talaial, responded to this review We are very sorry to read that your stay did not meet your expectations.Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused regarding the room condition and the issues you experienced during your stay.   food is repetitive, wifi kept going down, rooms outdated and smelled

  Avoid this hotel, plenty of nicer ones in the cala egos area. (Bit of context 5 adults and 3 children, 2 with special needs). To start off we requested ground floor rooms due to having a pram and a disability pram for our 2 autistic children. However when we checked in they had put 2 adults and one SEN child on a 1 st floor rooms and on the opposite side of the resort the other SEN child on a 3rd floor room with a balcony. Already not safe and not easy to get to and from the room. When we asked for another room they said non was available and we had to wait till morning. We explained that it wouldn’t be safe until the morning and they said nothing they can do. The wifi was constantly going down the whole time. The food was like school dinners. Very repetitive the breakfast was okay but dinner and tea( lunch & dinner) was identical. A lady put a toothpick in the tuna to see if they brought out the same dish and of course the toothpick came back out with the tuna for the dinner time. Fish night, and all sorts of random food. If your a picky eater like me your better off with the snack bar however it’s open 11.30-5.30. Would’ve been nice if it was open all night for a late night snack after entertainment. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was okay. Our cleaner cleaned our room once, walked in on my fella in the shower and also came in whilst we was asleep, very unpredictable times would come at 4pm or would come at 8am so never really knew when we should be out the room. The staff was quick to deal with difficult situations with other guests. My partner got food posining off undercooked chicken wings on one of our last nights. The drinks was good wasn’t too watered down unless the machine was running out but they was quick to change it over when it did. Pools were fairly clean plenty of sun loungers never really had to have a towel war with everyone. Evening entertainment was alright they had kids songs up until about 9.30pm ish with the animation team on the stage all dressed up. Then after that there was all sorts every night like a magic show and an ABBA night. Overall the holiday was fairly mid and regretted not booking the nearby hotels which we heard really good things about.
